dude, don't hate i used to compete in powerlifting, my former powerlifting coach made me do it, for only one rep (it felt like i could've repped it out, it flew up, i was only maybe 175 lbs)

Belt helps me a quite a bit, but my lumbar would still get really sore after heavy ohp.. What solved it was squeezing my glutes as hard as possible before and during each rep. You guys probably know this anyway
