Bf has a few firearms around the house. So if it comes to that, that’s what will happen.

In LA, I’ve had the same thing happened to me. If I were home alone and they won’t leave, I’d call the cops. But my ex was home and ... men are hot headed and foolish, so he opened the door. It was this lady that lived down the street with pretty severe hallucinations. She was just thrashing around until he removed her from our living room. But 2 months later she legit stabbed someone.

If I were alone at my apartment, I have my 9mm, but I’m not very confident in shooting it so I’ll just call the cops and hide somewhere with it until they show up.
They said she's gone too far this time

You should consider taking a firearms training/safety course to get a CC permit. These days I think all women should CC, they even have some cute stylish purses made just for that.

Neighbor downstairs was screaming on the phone for one of his nibbas to come through with the glock. He actually fired up in the air as I was recording him on snapchat. My AR came out the next second and stayed there until the cops arrived 7 minutes later. TBH I live in a ghetto so its somewhat normal, keeps the rent low etc, but you gotta be ready for anything.

In that process right now. My bf has a CC permit and he’s walking me through the process. But we’re not in a huge hurry bc he always carries.

What about when he's not with you say when you're going to or leaving from work. Plus it's a fun past time you two can do together going to the range to work on your accuracy and such. But sounds like you're in the process.
Until then if someone tries to mug you could put all those squats you've done to work and go for a hard nut shot then bail out.

Honestly I'd do the same thing I do when scammers and spammers call me on the phone, play one of the following loud enough for them to hear clearly:

-pornography

-murder scene from horror movie

-shooting scene from movie

-pornography/murder scenes at the same time from respective movies

I'm not a violent man but if someone was trying to break down the door of my property then I would become somewhat upset and confront them.

I was sitting in my apartment this morning before work and somebody was going to all the apartments and banging hard like they were trying to intimidate someone or break the doors down. They were yelling something in Spanish. I was concerned and sat on my couch with a knife and a hatchet near me in case they came back and broke in.
https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...hp?t=176092921

They never came back but, when I was about to leave for work I looked outside to see if it was raining. What I saw was my truck moved from the spot I parked last night, 3 buildings down, to across the street and diagonal from my own building. I thought to myself that is strange. I went outside and there was a sticker taped to my window that said to "come to the office about truck"

For the last couple weeks they have been doing the roofs of my apartment complex. Every few days they will move on to the next building. The roofing company has been putting long 2x4s over parking spots that they need to be empty to get their trucks in for work. So obviously I haven't parked where the two by fours are on the ground. Apparently they misjudged how much space they needed for a lift and my truck was in their way. The guy banging on all the doors and screaming in Spanish was one of the roofers.

The office called a "professional towing company" to move my truck. Nobody called me. Nobody put a notice telling people not to park in the spots over there. The tow people did something to my truck because I park with the parking brake on and I have no idea how they moved my truck. I'm assuming they dragged it or picked up the back end and dropped my truck. My truck is fuked now and when I let go of the steering wheel it wants to swerve off the road. It's like the alignment is seriously bad or something is bent.

The guy in the office was rude and when I asked why nobody notified me or called me he said "well they said they knocked on the doors".

How do I get them to fix my truck? How do they have the right to move my property that was not parked against any rules, it was just an inconvenience to them so they dragged it across the complex ? How can people do this? Can I call to have a random person's car moved because it's in my way? I'm fukin pissed. I spent 11,000 cash for it in February. That was almost all the money I had. My truck was the only nice thing I owned. I'm not feeling well and I'm having bad thoughts and I don't know what I would do if the police won't take my report.

I would definitely explain the damage to your vehicle with the front office (calmly). Any respectable company would pay for the damages. That would be my first course of action.

get camera footage of parking lot

get the name of the roofing company & towing company

if the truck pulls to one side check alignment (upper and lower control arms) as you said

if you don't get a payout for getting it fixed then take vigilante action (not srs) (srs)

Honestly, you should have contacted the front office when that filthy tradie was banging on all the doors and could have found out before the tow company ****ed up your car.

Get your truck to a shop and take an estimate to the apartment managers office and see what they'll do. Having one of the contractors non-English speaking people bang on doors is dicey af. A laywermightbe able to help but you'll still pay them so it could be a wash.

I'm going to the police station tomorrow before work. I was going to go tonight but I was sweaty and had dirt and grease all over me. I think they trespassed against my property but I don't know what the exact legal terms are and I don't know who is at fault. Will the police let me know of this is a criminal matter or a civil or? I'm going to make a report for property damage or whatever the legal terms are. I've only made one police report and it was when someone was harassing me, waiting for me after work and following me, calling my phone threatening to kill me over my ex girlfriend and I made the report verbally to the officer. Idk how this works. The guy in the office was rude and wouldn't tell me who the towing company was or how they moved it. All he said was "a professional towing company" came and moved it. I ended up hanging up on the guy. Not that it matters but the guy is a homosexual and he got a bitchy attitude with me and it pissed me off more. I was calm on the phone but I do not trust these apartment people. They come in here all the time for fake made up reasons when I catch the,. I've had enough dealing with people. I've joked about buying 20-40 acres in the forest and never leaving my property again and now I'm 99% that is going to be my 2 year goal. I've had enough.

If it were to all happen again the way it did, there is no way I would have opened that door. It sounded like someone was pissed and was owed money or something. It honestly scared the shet out of me when they banged that hard on my door and were yelling in Spanish.

i would be filing lawsuits against any and all i could for this **** if they didnt agree to pay for the repairs. the office should have your vehicle information on file and specifically came to you since your vehicle was in their way, and not touched it without your permission or some sort of written warning. this is just laziness and bad business. if they dont agree to pay for the repairs initially you could even get the local news involved while your suing to give them more pressure to do the right thing

They do have all the license plates on file. They made me write it down when I renewed my lease. They have the plate numbers so they can know who belongs here or not even though we have parking tags.

That's another reason why the homosexual office worker pissed me off. I said why didn't you call me? He said well if there ever is a problem again we will call you since we know EXACTLY whose truck that is now. He made it sound like they were going to start bothering me more. Idk he had that tone of voice like it was a game to him and amusing to him.

Any lawyers in here?

"Trespass to Chattels. "Chattel" refers to items of personal property such as a car, pet or jewelry. A wrongdoer commits trespass to chattel if he or she intentionally possesses someone else's property without their consent — even if only for a brief period of time."

Is this applicable to Florida?

Odds are your apartment complex has a page in your contract that will get them off, but still might be worth lawyering up. You could easily find out who ****ed your truck up and get your money out of them...that would be the HTC alternative.

As another poster said I would go down to the office calmly and explain what happened. I know its easy to get pissed and lose your chit - but people are much willing to help if you appeal to them, and its easy for that person to say **** you and not want to help you or say oh damn that is ****ed up and actually help you out. I don't trust the office people. I'm not going to contact them ever again. They have a clause in the lease that says I can be evicted if I curse at an employee. I don't need retaliation from them. I'm going to find a lawyer and try to get a consultation for Friday when I'm off work. I've had enough with these people. They come into my apartment illegally all the time and I haven't done anything other than remind them to call if they need in here. I don't answer my door unless the person were to announce who they are. I don't speak Spanish so I don't know what he was yelling. The guy seriously was banging like he wanted money or wanted in here. I hate to be one of those people that lawsuit over things but they damaged my truck bad and I'm really upset. I don't have money to fix this for 2 weeks.
