"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Agree. Well for me itโs 26. But only bc in no universe am I having more than 2 kids. But agree that you basically have to pop kid #1 out by 30. Maternal age after 35 carries too many birth defects risks for me to want to bother. Also the older the mom, the harder for her to regain her body after pregnancy, skin elasticity decreases with age (more stretch marks), hormones are no longer optimal to regain lean physique, etc. But most women in their early to mid 20s canโt afford to have children nowadays, so late 20s to 30 hit the spot.

Not to mention a womanโs ability to heal from pregnancy decreases with age. My aunt had 3 kids when she was 19-25. Then when kid #1 left home she got empty nest syndrome bad and decided to have kid #4 at age 38. Her body even after 3 kids looked great before she had her last kid. That last kid is now 9 and sheโs still 20 lb heavier than her pre-pregnancy weight.
So if you want a couple chadlets, and to have your wife not permanently looking like a deflated balloon after them, mid 20s is when you need to lock one down.

Most women are well aware of this. Legit so many have the timeline in their head if they want kids, that's why some start to panic. I've heard girls tell me stuff like 2 years dating, 1 year engagement, 1 year marriage, then first kid. That means if they want by 30, they need to meet the guy by 26.

Remember this is using shortest possible time frames , and 35 is pushing it. Ideally you want 20-23 year old candidates

early 20's are the prime motherhood years, biologically speaking. Starting around 25-27 is good IMO if you want a lot of kids. A woman having kids constantly from 30-35 is at WAY higher risk of losing ALL attractiveness after having children. Having kids in your 20's is much easier to bounce back from, physique-wise.

Just fukkin LOL at committing to one woman while you are a young man with all that prime poon everywhere for the taking
OP, your stats are off...I met my wife when I was 34 (she was 19)...got married at 38, first child born when I was 41.
As a man, women aged 20 to 25 will be easily available to you until you approach (or sometimes even past) your 40's...settling down before then makes absolutely zero sense.

this is true. i won't seriously date anyone who is over the age of 25.
i prefer girls who are a year or two out of college so they have a realistic point of view on life (which is near impossible but whatever)

A "strong and independent woman" who "doesn't need a man" can get a whole lot of experience with a whole lot of men in those extra 6 years. However, the more partners, the harder it will be for her to pair bond. Also, the longer she waits to have a family, the smaller the family will be and the more risk of complications.
It's not hard to see why young women trying to have a career before marriage, while spending their weekends partying, is leading to a lot of unfulfilled and unhappy thirtysomething year old women. The Sex and the City lifestyle from TV doesn't lead to happiness, but these young women buy into it hook, line, and sinker.
It would be funny if it didn't have such dire societal implications and consequences.

I disagree with luke on this one, wife material is capped at 20 but preferably 18-19. You want a fresh girl that doesn't go to college and can focus on raising your children. At 20 she will be in her prime still and ready to pump out gifted children. Notice that most successful actors/models and genius's came from young mothers(under 21), you can check into this it's true.
Anything past 20 isn't wife/childbearing material and by 25 the woman is almost certainly emotionally damaged beyond repair. But you can still be in a relationship with her, just realize that the situation is less then ideal.

Would anyone drink this milk?

Fukkin LOL just wait until you are my age and you realize that there is physically almost no difference in you from 25 to 45...then you are going to hit your midlife crisis and do so much stupid sh*t when you think of all the fun you missed out on by starting a family 20 years too soon.
But don't worry...by then your 45 year old wife will probably be of great comfort to you while you watch all the prime 20 year olds that you never banged float passed you every day like you were invisible.
Meanwhile, I'll probably be on vacation somewhere with my 45 year old wife (I'll be 60 and long retired).
If while you are young, you spend your energy and time building a solid financial base to grow on and make choices that only allow for that growth, your older years will be a fukkin breeze. That is extremely difficult to do if you have a wife, kids, responsibilities that take your focus away from building yourself up.
Given the option to either:
a) burden yourself with a wife, children, mortgage, credit cards etc while you are young...forcing you to live with your nose just above the water in the hopes of having yourself comfortable by the time you are drained by life... or
b) live like a slut with no serious commitment to any chick while guilt-free making decisions that are in your best interest so that should you choose to settle down, you will already be comfortable with 25 years of fun and life experience behind you
...choosing option 'a' is dumb as fukk and I will be instructing my son appropriately.

It's always a grass is greener on the other side thing. When I was single, I wanted a girl to love and i could call mine, someone i'd want to marry. Now that i have that, i've had thoughts creep in of just getting ripped and slamming as much young puss as i can.

The wedding is a litmus test for how she'll be. I was a poor college kid and my wife was just out of high school. 20 and 18. We got married on her grandparents property in their garden, officiated by my family's pastor. Then we had a big party with our family and friends. It was a great time and she never cared or wanted the big expensive wedding. I think it all came to under 5k. Moved 3 states away for me to start a job the next week.
15 years later we're still going strong. We started with very little, given to us as wedding gifts or used furniture from family. We built our life together from that to now owning a home and a better job that allows us to afford more. 2 kids now. We've never cared about how much money we have or possessions so we don't fight over it.

When you find the broad you love and want to marry, you wont give one fukk about how old she is as long as she is legal.

Your logic will prevent you from even a first date if a family is on your wish list
