I already answered that... When IT DID happen to my wife "when she was a waitress" they threw the guy out on his ass. At no point in time was I going to get him fired from his career and prevent him from getting other jobs... DO you not see the difference?

Based on what I know of compensation for these conferences it looks like he is already out 50k+... (Places he was canceled as speaker). This isn't a minor "financial inconvenience"... This is lose your house and ability to get future jobs.

Most of the first line claims are "Harassment" as in he actively makes sexually explicit comments.

From what I have gathered I see claims of "Touching", but have trouble determining what was "touched". Shoulder can be "sexual assault" in the current climate especially with lewd comments.

That being said I am treating it like an Ass Grab. Which is scummy as chit, but at the same time I don't believe he should lose everything over it. Kick him out of the conference and don't pay him. (AKA few grand penalty) New places make him sign anti-alcohol contingencies for his contract. Good enough.

Instead he has been canceled from every venue at least until February and a forced retreat from all forms of social media and web presence.
