I see young men that are 20 at my firm that look older than me at 30. Balding and fat. Ugly skin.
But I barely drink. Dont smoke. And do sports.

Old women who are "successful"in their careers with lots of money tend to have major personality issues. They also suffer from alcoholism and pill popping - hello Zanax - to get them through life. No man would put a ring on them, though they get close, they often get dumped right before the wedding.

These girls will frequently post on Instagram about all their Europe travels, fine wining and dining and other hedonistic pleasures, such as Hermes/ Chanel/ Louis Vuitton handbags. They also spend a lot on skin care, hair and massages. They are absolute poison and make the office environment very hostile as they are both incompetent and aggressive. There's no return to productive work anymore as it's nearly impossible to performance manage out a female as you risk revenge. A woman is capable of anything if they want it. There is no law that can stop them.

Chemistry is totally the X factor. I'm sure you went on dates with women who were attractive but felt no chemistry, meanwhile another woman you felt it right off the bat and couldn't stop it.

I'm willing to see if it is there within the first few dates though, but typically I try to set my dates up to present my best self and create chemistry.

For me physical attraction to me can be something like I like certain features about them. They don't have to be flawless, but if I find for example they have a nice ass and tall, I'm willing to ignore certain features in my mind.
