After watching old man Arn's video I was inspired to hit shoulders twice a week srs - a muscle group that I tend to forget about and might do once every couple weeks previously.
Had an issue with one of my shoulders after getting bad advice long ago when I started lifting, but over time it has gotten better. Starting light and working my way up to the 25s on each side and moving up slowly afterward to guage how my one shoulder is going to take the increases in weight.
