Srs, that’s very impressive. How long have you been lifting? How long did it take to get to a level of strength that you’re satisfied with?
Funny you say that because I can OHP 3 25 dumbbells

After watching old man Arn's video I was inspired to hit shoulders twice a week srs - a muscle group that I tend to forget about and might do once every couple weeks previously.

Had an issue with one of my shoulders after getting bad advice long ago when I started lifting, but over time it has gotten better. Starting light and working my way up to the 25s on each side and moving up slowly afterward to guage how my one shoulder is going to take the increases in weight.

Good for you man

Start off with a lot of volume at first and increase the weight slowly. Build up some good work capacity first

Just hit 195x3 last week. SOHP is becoming a favorite exercise for me.

Threads and videos like this make me pine for the days when MISC used to have lifting competitions. Those were fun... what happened to those... does anyone know?
