No, they do fine. Most are in long-term relationships and end up married with children. Sometimes they do end up with the wrong guy though, because just like "nice guys," they're more easily manipulated.

Yes we respect each other. I never said I wanted to be his BFF, but I do respect him as a human being and as a good parent to my son. Just because we are divorced doesn't mean we have to hate each other. As a matter of fact, I went to church and brunch on Mothers Day with him, his wife and her two children, my son, his parents and her parents.
