This is just some rando who did the diet for 90-days.

What is most interesting to me is how this guy looks like absolute dog chit DYEL pencil neck soy time... with his shirt on. Then, he does some poses shirtless and other than the sad tan, he looks fuking phenomenal.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Your delusion is mind boggling. You believe that nature through evolution created you with the requirement of eating indigestible plant matter (ie: fiber) to push waste through your bowels? Why create such an obviously inefficient system? It makes no evolutionary sense to willingly put something that doesn't digest into your system. Anything that doesn't digest gives you zero nutritional value, which means that it is a complete waste of time to search for and ingest these "foods". Nothing in nature is programmed to seek out indigestible food sources.

You can read up on people that eat carnivore/primal diets and I assure you they **** just fine, as nature intended them to. Oddly enough, the people who eat the opposite diets see all sorts of obvious digestive issues which should be no surprise given the inflammatory and indigestive properties of plant matter. Eating too much fruit will cause bloating and diarrhea. Eating too many leafy vegetables will cause visible undigested plant matter in your stool. Don't you find it odd that meat which is considerably more dense never magically appears undigested in your stool, whereas something as flimsy as leafy spinach does? Its almost as if your stomach and digestive system is built to process animal products or something (hint: its because it is).

Do you ever wonder why no infant/toddler/kid likes vegetables, and least of all the leafy green ones? Young children are primal in that they behave instinctively. You have to trick and goat them into eating these foods for a reason.
Lol wut? Where the hell do you get your bro science from? You’re wrong on every single thing you said. Guess what kids would eat candy all day if they could but is that natural or healthy? Our taste preference is learned.

Since you claim that we have an inclination towards meat, then answer me this. Do you eat raw meat, or do you cook it and season it to the point we’re it doesn’t taste like raw meat anymore?

He IS a professor. Professors talk for a living. Talk at people = hearing themselves a whole lot.

Also literally first sentence from Jordan "I am NOT a dietary expert, I am speaking as an uninformed citizen"

How can misc be mad at Jordan "Lobster Brah" Peterson when he submits any authority on the matter.

You need to do some actual research, goyim.

Eating meat is not a "learned activity" you buffoon. You are conditioned to "cook meat" even though it is perfectly viable to eat natural meat raw, and it is still done in primitive tribes even to this day. Eating raw meat through dishes like tartar and obviously sushi has been a longstanding human tradition, they even still eat raw eggs regularly in places like Japan. Raw chicken is another delicacy in Japan. Yes, you have been conditioned to believe that eating this would be "gross", but if you actually tried it you would find that it tastes good.

Your candy example doesn't even make any sense. Your child would not crave candy (or sugar) if they didn't know it existed, and these are entirely man-made foods that don't exist in nature anyway. Meat is a natural food and there isn't a single example of any tribe or group in human history regardless of ethnicity or geographical location that wouldn't prioritize animal-food intake over anything else. There is no "vegetarian tribe" anywhere, let alone vegan LOL. This is how you KNOW (on top of obvious physiological understanding of how the human body works) that a diet HIGH in animal products is the natural human diet.

Good luck with diseases that were virtually non-existent until you were convinced that naturally occurring animal fats were "bad for your heart" while man-made processed vegetable fats (LOL) and super-inflammatory grains were "healthy"? Good one bro; your ability to think logically is incredible.

Saturated fat and cholesterol leading to heart disease is a completely unproven lie, that doesn't even make scientific sense if you took one minute to understand how vital these are to your health and the role they play in the upkeep of your immune system, reproductive system, BRAIN development, etc. You want empirical proof? France, the country wherein everything is smothered and cooked in butter and cheese is eaten daily, has the lowest heart-disease rates of any Western country. They also smoke more cigarettes than any Western country, which is a known activity that causes heart disease. The classic French breakfast of an omelette cooked in a pound of butter (cholesterol on top of cholesterol) and heavy intake of cheeses should be a walking heart-attack if you listen to your government-approved medical professionals, yet somehow the opposite of what you are told to believe occurs. Hmmmmm....

Once you start thinking for yourself, none of what you are told to be true makes any sense and the real picture emerges.

"Your ancestral diet is unhealthy, eat this obviously completely unnatural diet consisting of man-made foods and don't forget to supplement with man-made synthetic vitamins".

Why the hell would you ever require vitamins and supplements if you ate the right diet? Going even further, why is it that the people you want to trust with your health have a drug suggestion for every single one of your ever-growing list of health problems? Wow, could it be that drug companies and GMO conglomerates basically own your governments and have a vesting interest in keeping you sick and dependent on all of this bull****? The number of people who suffer from seemingly trivial things like migraines, upset stomachs, constipation, skin problems, etc. is mind-blowing. The human body is not meant to be that fragile, people. You are being lied to, and its frightening to see how committed some of you are to preserving that lie.

Do some basic research on what nutrients the human body requires and how your digestive system works (hint: it is proportioned like a canine's, and the extreme acidity of the stomach signals carnivorous behaviour). Your body does not digest plant matter like any herbivore in nature, and all of these unnatural foods that you are told to fill your diet with are the cause of sickness. Obesity is impossible on a primal (ie: ketogenic) diet. These are all basic truths that are scientifically known, and yet the brainwashing is so deep that it becomes impossible to comprehend that if plants were so healthy, why do they digest so poorly whereas your stomach is primed to digest meat and animal fats? Why are there so many vital nutrients missing in plant-based foods yet every nutrient you require is abundantly present in animals? Why is vitamin A, one of the most vital nutrients in human biology, barely convertible from plant-based beta-carotene and yet already present as retinol (which is what your body requires) in animals? Why does your body have zero issue absorbing nutrients from animals whereas plant-matter is loaded with anti-nutrients, oxalates and other compounds which makes whatever nutrients are present in them largely pointless? "High protein" nuts and legumes are loaded with protease-inhibitors which prevent your body from absorbing said protein. You know this to be empirically true because Pro bodybuilders wouldn't be spending tens of thousands of dollars on animal proteins if things like soy and beans which cost pennies-on-the-dollar worked at all in human biology, and yet if you look at nutritional labels you would see that supposedly beans are as protein rich as beef or fish LOL. Those nutrition charts are all BS BTW: since you are a human, the only thing that matters is nutrients absorbable by the human body, which is kind of an important part that they leave out when they try to show you how supposedly nutrient dense plant-foods are when in fact the majority of the nutrients present are useless to you: either because the plant doesn't digest properly, or because something in it is present to prevent your body from absorbing the nutrient as a means of defense for the plant.

You are healthy because you eat meat. I'm not telling you that plants are going to kill you. They serve some purpose in human biology (mainly as cleansers for your system, like I said on the first page) but are not bioavailable enough and pose too many negative digestive-effects to be useful in bulk consumption. They really aren't as healthy for you as you probably think they are.

He repeatedly says he is not an expert and is just sharing his and his daughter's experience... and that his words are not advice to be taken.

The carnivore diet has almost cured his daughter's auto-immune disease which has caused her to have multiple joints replaced early in her teenage years... and led to numerous pain killer addictions, depression etc. She now lives a normal life. Many different drugs and diets and been tried before she worked her way towards the carnivore diet.

How can you criticise him for sharing this experience?
