One can reasonably assume that they grabbed those guns because they thought they would need to use them, and planned to as well. Thus, murder.
Can't really say they were pretty chill the whole altercation when they opened fire on an unarmed dude. And sure it might be intimidation...by threat of murder?
Ultimately, the guy they will be arguing against is dead, and the video evidence does not help them

Premeditated murder.
Has ongoing dispute, comes outside 2 on 1, both brandishing firearms.
At some point without being attacked in ANYWAY and with a 2 on 1 advantage. One person fires AROUND SOMEONE standing in the way, While they KNOW they are on film. Then the other person makes sure they are dead.
This is premeditated murder.
They brought their guns to kill someone, and then did. They wanted to kill him, prepared to kill him and then killed him without any physical provocation, on film.
Their premeditated murder captured for us all to see.

The Millers have each been charged with first-degree murder, and they are both out of jail on $25,000 bond.
That can't be right. When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

If you're pulling a gun on someone because you don't like the way they handle their trash, you deserve to be locked up. Unless it's on your property that you're responsible for, then who cares? While the guy was stupid to try to be alpha, thinking he can stand his ground and throw out threats when you got two guys with a gun on you, while you have no weapons or any sort of defense. He was asking to be killed.
Someone should have just been a bigger guy and walked away, but this what happens when stupid people settle disputes.

If you go to throw out the trash and get in to an altercation with someone and fear for your life most normal people would leave the situation and just call the cops. But, if for some stupid reason you had to get the trash thrown out at that time and felt like you may have to defend your life doing so, going to get a gun for self defense and continuing with your trash throwing activities is within your rights. Not smart, but within your rights.
