I don't know the full story and i'm sure no one will until the jury hears it at the trial. Don't make snap judgments based on part of a video and hear say accounts by the media. That's why we have Due Process in this country. Again I'm not taking sides, just playing devils advocate.

Has nobody in this thread watched the actual video?
Orange dude had a bat... you can see right after he is first shot it hits/is thrown at the old guy with the pistol, it hits the guy in the upper body, you can briefly see it in the video.
This is a prime example of when inbred idiots collide. Both sides are ****ing idiots. With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if these guys get off with something much much less than murder.
The guy in orange multiple times said he was going to kill them, intent. He then has a weapon (the baseball bat), then lets say he raised it to swing it... Clearly could argue it was self defense. Who knows what happened before all of this, but I wouldn't be surprised if they get off on something because of that. But again both sides are just pure ****ing idiots.
Probably could have got off on everything, until the fat **** with the shotgun executed him with what may have been a headshot.
Wouldn't be surprised if the father gets off since he has a reasonable argument for self defense, the son? not so much.

I just seen the video earlier. So many things wrong with this story. First off, why do they only have a $25,000 bail? They should be held without bail or with a $500,000 bail at least. Second, if you're outnumbered and outgunned, it's probably not a good idea to continue the confrontation or escalate the situation.

You can't go around with a gun, and provoking them to "attack" you so you u can kill them in "self defense".
The fact that you are carrying with an intentional to provoke someone to shoot them, is clear mens rea for a murder charge.
