Turns out that endless gallons of beer turn you into a flabby fukker. Never been leaner than like 15% in my entire pathetic life. Gonna post a pic on the first day of each month and on New Years. If I fukk up and don't make it, ban me for all of next year srs.

I would estimate that I have to lose 20-25lbs of fat. Don't give a fukk if I end up at twink status.
PDX brah ..visible abs you can do it.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Good. Keep some fruit in your diet. Ideally, a bit with each meal. That will keep your thyroid humming and increase your body temp as well

Yeah, reactive hypoglycemia. I had it really bad like that before daily red meat. Give it a try

i got a meter and a fck ton of the strips so i've played with my glucose for a couple years. It's picture perfect until I break about 2-3000cals in one go. Then my body throws it into overdrive

Another thing I've figured out is that apples are the best way to bail yourself out of an episode since more starch can cause it to keep cycling. Something to do with the 2:1 fructose:glucose ratio

interesting. One thing i've learned is that eating fat + carbs makes me much more likely to go low than just eating one or the other.

And if i'm really deep in a cut if i go for a strict "carb up" the effect is minimal and borderline negligible compared to eating high carbs with some fats.

cutting has been impossible up until recently because of the hypoglycemia. i've toyed with the possibility of it being some kind of mitochondrial issue. i'm hoping that hiit will help

hope you get it figured out cause mine has never been anything like that. I hate to be the one that suggests this but have you considered trying to go no carb?

I don't think it will happen OP. You have like 11 1/2 weeks to lose 25-35 lbs. You gotta lose 2- 2 1/2 lbs per week. Even with cardio and a big deficit it's going to be hard.

pretty much this, I've seen friends with pretty much the same stats and physique as op, they end up cutting down and looking better, but kind of awkward because of lack of muscle

it's possible but like I said I've seen buddies exactly like you they begin to lift seriously and will cut down to like 145-155, (at your height) their arms shoulders chest and everything looked more defined and better, and they lose any gut they had but for whatever reason they generally did not end with actual cut up 6 pack abs
always pick 7 crew

made some adjustments and Sunday's reading was 3lbs down and this morning was 2.5lbs down for the week, so I think I can safely say I lost 2lbs instead of 1lb this last week
