Then sex androids will be nearly indistinguishable to HBBs. Watch these same women then start crying about social moral being eroded and how men don't hit on women any more. Just like with any flawed trend, it's solution is the worse than any problem and only creates hesitation and weakness among confused parties.

guys can get action on dating apps nowadays.
so why risk the sexual assault claims/getting rejected face to face when you can simply ask someone out who you already know is attracted to you

Just look at Sweden.

The local guys have zero game left in them and actually don't mind being stay at home dads over there.

The local girls are now hitting it off with Iqbal, Khan, Tyrone and Tyreese.
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

I did know someone, personally, who was arrested for home invasion after his ex-wife flipped over all of her furniture and bounced her own head off the bathroom mirror. She claimed it "knocked her out", despite leaving a small smudge on the mirror and nothing else. This was treated uncritically by law enforcement and her new husband, and she was given an advocate by the local womens' center.

At trial, it became completely clear that there was undeniable evidence that he was not even in the same county. This caused her to panic on cross-examination and begin accusing the defendant of being a member of a white supremacist group and systematically murdering neighborhood cats for satanic cult reasons.

It became very clear that she was just saying whatever she'd seen on television that she knew made people Very Upset (TM) in ~1999: domestic violence, white supremacists, satanic cults. The judge left to get a glass of water, sarcastically yelled down the hallway that he had the case of the century, then walked back in to find that the prosecutor had decided to abandon the case. The judge apologized to the defendant and that was that, but the arrest was still humiliating and remains a matter of public record fifteen years later. None of this made the papers, other than a two-line court announcement when it was abandoned.

The accuser's apparent motive was that the state was coming after a small amount of unpaid child support, and she believed that by falsely imprisoning her ex-husband, she would not have to pay. The accuser then abandoned her new marriage and fled the United States for over a decade, believing that she would be arrested.

Even in high school, I went on a date with some girl, it went well, I hinted that we could make out, and she declined. That was it. Never so much as touched her. Didn't even ask twice. The next day, she told her friends I'd "tried to rape her". Turns out, she was bananas and spent the next year sitting behind me in every class we had together, loudly telling everyone how cute I was while claiming she'd become a lesbian.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't think people who are merely "creepy" are being hit with false accusations, though. Every story I have ever seen along these lines is about money, revenge, or sympathy. I do think these things actually happen regularly to ordinary men going about their business, without fanfare, and that it's no secret that a lot of workplace behavioropenly encouragedby the recipient is twisted for money and revenge after layoffs or firings. I was nearly subpoenaed to testify for one of those, too, until I made it clear to the state labor rights investigator that it was bull**** and I knew it. Suddenly, they didn't care what I had heard and seen.

When we go through phases like we are now, where mere accusations become much more damaging, people who are less-than-stable aremuchmore likely to try to weaponize them. I do agree about trust, but people can disappoint you no matter what you thought you knew about them.
It's always interesting to hear another perspective, especially yours. I usually only hard eye roll at someone yelling at the internet about how "Sexism doesn't exist, you stupid bitch." Be a bit hypocritical for me to insist your experiences didn't happen because I haven't witnessed them. Anyway...

That is all crazytown, and I believe you. I think you're also spot-on with the workplace behavior assessment. I've seen that happen as well by both genders and it's both sad and weird.

This isn't a solution to false accusations, but I've wondered how it is we've come to a place where seemingly half the country does not understand very basic legal concepts like burden of proof and why feelings do not win you a prize in court. I can't tell you how many times I was asked if I found Dr. Ford credible or believable. What does that have to do with anything? It's a little puzzling that these things aren't covered in a high school history class or something. Obviously it's only a band-aid, and I'm only thinking out loud.
Still really sorry about that. I offered to pay for the windshield, tho.
It's really more about the key you're still holding onto.

Honestly the only time I hear or see #metoo stuff being taken seriously is here on the misc, and different news outlets. Never once talked to anyone in real life who even cares about it, and if they do they think it’s too hyped up and talked about more than it is an actual issue. I work for a very young and hipster biotech. If any company should have a false accusation and overly sensitive millennials problem... it would be mine. And yet, not even a bit of a problem here. We all interact very normally with each other. I don’t treat males any differently than I would females. Same go for how men interact with me and other women here.

Regularly go to lunch with a bunch of guys too and I doubt any of them is afraid I’d take them to HR. Even the ones that asked me out at work... were not creepy about it. And stopped after being told no I’m not interested. You guys who are very worried should probably assess why you think you have to worry. Most females I know think metoo is a load of BS, that outside of the initial few, a lot are probably exaggerating their interactions and that it harms real victims rather than help. I even joked that a guy here would take me to hr for sexually harassing him bc I said his orange pants are nice.

Stop watching/reading the news so much. They report on sensational ****, everything should be taken with a grain of salt.

you do realize all it takes is a few minutes alone with a male and you could literally ruin his career and possibly life just by making something up right?

I suspect people just tend to narrow their perception to their lived experience and assume that anything different is so rare as to be insignificant. People say "nobody would ever lie about rape, nobody would go through that" without realizing that what they mean is thattheywould never do that, and assume everybody else is just like them and makes decisions the same way they do.

It's easy to turn those experiences into identity politics, but the sad fact is that people from every demographic can be predators and lie about completely surprising things for reasons that may not make any sense until it's too late, or that might never make sense. I don't know how you get that through to someone who hasn't intuitively recognized it on their own, it's such a basic and primitive maturity/social awareness thing.
It's really more about the key you're still holding onto.

Could? Yes. Would? No. There is about a 0% chance I’ll label myself as a victim unless it’s true.

Aside from that, I don’t think I’ve ever been in a closed room with the blinds drawn with anyone at work, male or female. Not sure why that would be a situation that’s ever needed at work.

the point isn't if you personally would or not. it's that this is the world we live in now and you have the ability. the blinds don't have to be closed. not sure where that came from.

That's because nobody talks to women in professional settings these days lol. Very few men are for one putting themselves in the drama or trying to get with girls at professional settings. This chit rarely happens at chit jobs either it happens in professional settings mostly

This is what confuses me as well. I am never totally alone with any kind of male who isn't a) my boyfriend or b) a relative.

It's always a public or semi public place.

I thought that was normal.

I think the misc and the manosphere in general is based in hyperbole, but I've had experiences of women outright lying about me.

1) A female department manager, literally pushed me out of the way one day at a previous job, on my way up the stairs. And I firmly told her not to touch me again, and she made it out like I was whining, and walked off. I was pissed off, but I (foolishly) thought I would let it go, because we usually get along.

The next day, I got called to the office, where she claimed I had assualted her by pushing her out of the way, and then yelling at her not to touch me. It was literally only because I had known the manager and assistant manager for a decade, that they literally told me off record "We don't believe her. I don't believe the way she described you acted, is something you would do". They told her that I gave a different account, but they informed me that if she takes it further, there would have to be an investigation.

I later found out that she had accused her husband of domestic abuse, and ran off one night with her and her children to a women's shelter. Based on my experience with her, I believe she lied about the husband.

I saw her again, when I refused to speak to her when she said hello to me (I was holding the door open for customers to leave, at the end of the day) she literally went and made a complaint to the store manager, and tried to get me trouble. Thankfully, the assistant manager knew her (same company, different job, different branch than hers) told me that I'm under no obligation to speak to her if I don't want to.

2)I am working with a woman right now, who (when I first met her) laughed to me about her beating up her partner one day in public, and then the police arresting her partner when they arrived on the scene. A coworker who has known her (on and off) for years, told me that they had witnessed her beating her partner - the same coworker told me they had literally witnessed the girl stab herself in the arm, during an argument with her partner (they lived in the same apartment complex at one point). Another coworker said they had witnessed her aggressively verbally abusing her partner in public.

Cue to the past 2 weeks, she broke up with the guy and immediately began dating someone else. Then she has literally tried to convince me that her ex-partner ("please don't tell anyone what I'm about to say") stabbed her in the arm, and that her partner has been physically and psychologically abusing her throughout the relationship (she obviously forgot what she told me when she first met). She tried to get him in trouble with the police, and was taking him to court for harassment. They have a child together who has been taken into foster care a few years before, and so police and court action could prevent him from seeing his child.

I spoke to a coworker who knows her ex-partner, and mentioned what I thought her plan was (to get him in trouble with the police, and prevent him from seeing their child). A few days later, she was arrested - for something that I'm trying to find out more about - and until the outcome, she is prevented from seeing her daughter. Seems like the guy realized what she was doing, and took counter-measures. Now they both have been arrested, and are facing visitation rights issues regarding their daughter.

3) I suspect that I've portrayed as an abusive partner (when I wasn't) by an ex (she has told me that her previous boyfriend was abusive). When I saw her alone she was friendly and warm, then when I saw her with people, she avoided eye contact with me. Later on I received hostility, and outright fear expressions from her friends, when I saw them. After we broke up and chatted, she laughing told me that a friend was scared of me and had asked her if they should call the police if they see me with her. When I asked why they thought that, she shrugged.

I still see one of her friends regularly, due to going to the local supermarket where he works, he always has a suppressed hostile look on his face if we have to interact. To be honest, it pisses me off every time I see him, but it's her word against mine.

Thankfully, noone got in trouble due to any of the accusations I've witnessed and experienced above, however... Those first hand experiences (along with other experiences with IRL experiences feminists, and stories I've heard from other men I personally know) honestly has contributed to me being wary of western women.

Not saying you would...

However, there is a significant percentage that can and will. Particularly after they are fired.

Closed room is usually related to counseling situations. As I said before you should look at an HR reports file. The complaints are ridiculous. Sucks because now I don't ever know what is real.

There's a clear difference between getting sexual with someone you're seeing without officially asking for consent and grabbing some randos' ass you s*** for brains.

If you’re in an office with open windows.. and you did nothing wrong, then logically, who would believe a blatant lie?

There are some nasty people out there in general who will lie through their teeth. But the level of paranoia the misc has about this is unjustified. For example, rape is something every woman is afraid of. And the smart ones take measures to minimize the chances of this ever happening to them. But do we all walk around everyday fearing someone will rape us? No. I have pepper spray, I don’t go anywhere alone really, avoid walking in the dark by myself, checks to make sure all doors are closed and locked before I sleep. Same thing with home invasions. They’re rare but the happen. I can almost guarantee you more robberies take place everyday than metoo accusations. Yet, no one is actively fearing being robbed.

Bc smart people try their best to avoid being in those situations. So be smart and take the adequate precautions. I don’t ever put myself in situations where it’s my words vs someone else’s. I keep things transparent at work. Men (and women) should all do the same. You don’t have to limit interactions with females. But there should really be no need for coworkers to be in private settings together.

Closed room is usually related to counseling situations. As I said before you should look at an HR reports file. The complaints are ridiculous. Sucks because now I don't ever know what is real.
I was actually in a situation where a third party complained on my behalf. This individual misread the situation (whether maliciously, I don’t know) and reported to HR that someone might be taking advantage of me at work. It is very very annoying and distasteful. But again, my male director didn’t do anything wrong (and I corroborated as such), and he didn’t get in any trouble.

I’m not saying lives haven’t been ruined by false accusations. But it is not happening on the scale that would justify this level of paranoia. If you’re really worried, be extra professional at work. I keep seeing threads about “should I bang my coworker” and then these omg metoo threads follow. Comical.
They said she's gone too far this time

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Quite easy to say that when there's literally zero chance of you facing a career ending accusation with little to no hope of successfully defending yourself whilst also turning into a social pariah.

Regarding the workplace, modern H.R is an absolute chit-show. In cases where it's their word vs. yours, you can damn well bet H.R will most likely be sympathetic to the female over the male.

Read some of the stories ITT. How you personally act =/= how everyone else acts.

They want attractive guys to hit on them, wolf whistle, be sexually dominant, spontaneous. They want the majority of unattractive guys to leave them alone.

I don't know why this dichotomy is such a mystery to some guys. Unless you're on the spectrum it isn't that hard to tell if a girl finds you attractive enough to give tacit permission to escalate.

It isn't, but what's the 80% gonna do? Guys generally won't go "didn't win the genetic lottery, fuk, welp, time to become a monk". And lets not pretend like perfectly normal social interactions from Timothy aren't automatically labelled as "creepy", we've all seen it happen.

Most guys are in no-mans land RN.

would I? of course not without evidence. all you have to do is look at what's happened with people like Aziz Ansari and Kavanaugh to know that a large portion of the population only needs an accusation to cast judgment. enough social pressure will force companies to fire guys and/or just not hire them to avoid the attacks.

this isn't a stretch to realize this is true.

It's weird because all you see are groups of women and men doing their own thing. Never noticed this until about 2015 or so, Even the chads that work there are always by themselves
??? must be just your place of employment.

From 2016 to jan 2018 was at a place downtown with 80,000+ employees worldwide. Our HQ was two buildings and everyone was mixed and co-mingled. Happy hours were weekly and leadership all had fridges in their offices with booz, same with the break rooms lol. Husbands and wives worked together, people dated.

thats not the point. Point is, although she is into me, takes pics of me shirtless in my garage (srs), she can easily go and say "Oh he touched me without consent" and all of a sudden im the bad guy

Stay safe mane, srs. Save all texts, emails, etc. Ideally get positive messages indicating consent following each encounter. Even more ideally, take as many pics and vids as possible and back up to multiple secure locations. 100% srs.

If you have to go this far you seriously need to reevaluate your life choices and the kind of company you keep.

Who are you sticking your penor in?
