Nothing worse than pit bull owners who put everyone in danger cause they're dumb enough to believe their animal bred for fighting "wouldn't hurt a fly"

They were literally bred to be fighters/killers. You can't blame a dog for mauling some kid when its literally in his DNA to enjoy bloodsport.

I think the only reason why registered/ 'pure' Pitbulls don't attack more people/kids is because the people that shuck out that kind of money for one spend more time training it and perhaps keep it more secure.

Regardless of how well trained they are they just have a lot more potential to fukk someone up should they turn. Their reputation is incidentally one of the reasons why people like to own them.

Sheps are equally dangerous. You basically just said that it's about the owners.

My sister-in-law is a HUGE animal person, got her degree in zoology, has worked in animal care industry, and is a paramedic (seen some chit). When it comes to animals she's legit like that dog whisperer dude. She and my brother have numerous dogs... one of which was rotty and two part pitt. All were extremely nice dogs. Only saw them get aggressive around other dogs and that was rarely. They also have 6 kids. She without hesitation says it's a people/environment problem.

Having said that... dogs are weird sometimes. My parents most recent dogs (pointer and chihuahua) both were extremely nice around people. But this one (drinks/smokes a ton) aunt they absolutely couldn't stand. Both bit her at one point when she was drunk.

Only time I've seen dogs go crazy is:

1. They're hurt/sick
2. Abused
3. Freaked (lightening / strange person / strange creature)

And the only time I've seen them go crazy on people is when they (the dog) feel they're the alpha and one of the above 3 things happens.

Banning pitbulls is dependent on 2 things: Ownership and higher potential to cause serious harm. German Sherperds are harder to own because they cost more and are bred by people with higher credit ratings.

We took in a stray cat when i was a kid. That thing would fuk you up if you pissed it off lol. Was an awesome cat though.

- Would kill all rats/mice, various bugs, and most of my hamsters. Nothing like seeing poor Buzz's body in the cats mouth with it's bloody head 10 feet away.
- Would watch it jump up in the air and snatch birds. We had these blue jays that would return every season and it was a constant war with them and the cat. Cat would come inside bleeding from multiple puncture wounds when the birds would dive bomb it lol.
- We lived near a bayou and the cat would leave dead animal carcasses on neighbors doorsteps lol. Had a lady call the house one time complaining that the cat left the guts of a rabbit on her doorstep.
- Freakiest thing i saw (pet cemetery chit) was when i came home from school one day. I walk in the front door and look over to the stairs (still dark no lights on yet) and see the cat slowly swallowing a birds leg like a snake with the feet/claws only sticking out. That image is still seared into my mind.

The picture doesn't actually do it justice. The pit actually had him in the air by the neck and was rag dolling him. Thankfully I was there to seperate them and thankfully the pitt didn't turn on me.

Charlie has a bit of a fat boi neck due to is pug genetics which I think saved him from any perement nerve damage.

This thread is making my blood boil at pitbulls. What are good tactics if one of these devil dogs attacks a child and you are there unarmed? Is there anything you can do?

Most dudes around my area always carry a knife on them just in case. (most universities are by bad neighborhoods) What the small pocket above your two normal pockets is for. Should carry one especially if you have a kid.

no **** there is more dangerous dogs than pits!
the only diff is that all those breeds you mentioned are either $$$$ or hard to obtain.
you don't see people posting ads on FB asking $150 for doggo argentine pups.

that's the problem. cheap dog with reputation of badass/scary traits.

While I'm not trying to argue pits are harmless this is a bad video to make your point considering the lady pushed the dog. What the fuk you think's gonna happen? A stranger pushes the dog the dog is gonna see it as a threat and attack.
