the only thing i even slightly go against the teacher is trying harder to get him out of the room before taking a swing on him. im unsure how assualt or battery would look if he took the kids arms and walked him out of the room. of course the little chit would have tried to fight back but i think it would have looked better than standing there and taking a large swing.
but the kid is prob poor and has brothers or family members in gangs. so i doubt anything done at school, unless they could keep him there for a long time, would make him change
