Look OP it sucks that all that happened with her ex. If it makes you feel better there is always someone bigger, better, stronger and more handsome than you and I out there. We have to accept that and own it and become comfortable as we are. Only then you can move forward, with or without her.
Unfortunately, conversations amongst girls always end up on that topic. They talk about size, speed, genre, unique identifiers and everything that comes to mind in that area. They are simple minded. Not just yours but all of them.
If you can learn to love and accept yourself as you are then I would have a serious sit-down with her and say “hey look, I really don’t appreciate you comparing me to anybody else. I don’t share our intimate details with my friends and expect the same from you.”
That is how I would approach the situation at least. Good luck pal.
