Go ahead and screen capture it. Then do a Nicolas Cage laugh thing after it.
Watch how dumb that would look.
Plus that Cage thing isn't even funny. It's just stupid. He looks like an idiot in it.

Post a below parallel squat with the highest amount of weight that you can effectively go 2 to 3 inches below parallel so that it's convincingly deep.

Strong lift Bobby, was expecting you to put 3 reps up when I read the title lol. Also if aren't aware you went down and back up, thats cheating by using leverages. Try something easier you can do properly like one plate for 2 reps.

So rustled
So rustled
That's a quarter mile. Exactly one lap around a standard track. If you're around the weight of 214 pounds then go ahead and try to beat that time. Have fun failing. Name one crossfitter who has done that in practice. None.
Just to give you an idea. The current world record holder did it at around 158lbs. Michael Johnsons weight when he held the world record was 176 pounds. Over 40 pounds makes a huge difference for the 400.
You won't find anyone in the world that ran that fast at that high of a body weight.
Have fun getting anywhere close to 1 min flat at around 214 pounds and only 6'0 tall.
99 percent of the people here posting wouldn't even get close to 1:02-1:09 at that high of a body weight. It all goes by body weight for the 400. You have to be at the ideal body weight to run fast in the 400. At 214 pounds is not ideal bodyweight to run max potential times in the 400.
Here's a quad pic at 235 pounds below. 100% natural and smooth muscle.
What were you saying again?
Exactly. Do you need me to roast you anymore than I already have? If so then let me know.
So what are we looking at if I were the ideal body weight of or at least close to the ideal body weight at maybe 185 or so ? A 46 to 47 second 400 meter dash. You're not an athlete. I am. See the difference between the two?

Which is really weird because my right arm always was 20 pounds stronger than my left arm before the tendinitis crippled it. Because of pitching and muscle memory in it. So yeah actually when I think about it, i'm under-estimating my true power because I never really got to test my right arm at full strength. So we might be looking at a 478 bench press naturally from me.
And the fact that limbs sometimes like to mimic the other limb, meaning that the left arm sometimes will be similiar to the right arm or become weaker due to a right limb being crippled. So yeah I would say that i'm extremely strong naturally on the bench press.

I want to say very impressive, wow, very heavy lift, congratulation
but the more rational part of me thinks you're an idiot for squatting so heavy. I don't care if you use proper form the kind of weight puts a serious toll on your body, actually anything 100kg+ does.
I'm being totally honest here and saying i have impressive sized legs for a natural.........I squat 60kg max for reps and thats all your need for biggish legs
but Is it really gonna be worth it when your 60 years old, and could be spending $20,000 a year visiting a chiropracter
It dosen't matter if you even use proper form, a disc could easily slip with that kinda weight with goodish form, and then you will have problems for the rest of your life
Ok sure if you make a living off bodybuilding/powerlifting i could understand, but as general recreation that weight is not worth the risk
