I'll do it either tonight of in the next couple of days.
First instinct is to make hummus out of the chickpeas, maybe whole wheat pita instead of the sweet potato.
Call that an appetizer for the lentils. Probably braised.
or maybe I'll make something completely different. Not sure yet.

"Maillard reaction products have both positive and negative impacts on health. Diverse MRPs act as antioxidants, bactericidal, antiallergenic, antibrowning, prooxidants, and carcinogens. Most of these properties depend on processing of food. High temperature heating makes some food nutritious, whereas some of the foods lose their nutritional value. Many strategies are employed in the food industries to reduce the production of MRPs. For example, acrylamide has been classified as a probable carcinogen to humans by the International Agency for Research on Cancer [65]. During food preparation at high temperature, acrylamides are formed in many types of foods via Maillard reaction [66โ68]. To reduce the amount of acrylamide"
To conclude this, there are some antioxidative effects that come with the carcinogenic effect.
Considering you could just get way more antioxidants through legumes, fruits and vegetables without carcinogenic effects, I believe that it's still safe to say that comparatively to other food sources, browned/burned food is not healthy.

So let's get this straight. Not only are they eating burnt food from the grill. But they are eating burnt food particles from other burnt food from the actual caked on black metal grills themselves. Who knows how long that crap has been on there. And cleaning it doesn't clean it perfectly.
Then on top of this all they sit there like idiots and inhale all of the toxic fumes and smoke coming from the propane being spent. Yeah don't worry though. Breathing in all of that smoke must be good for you.
Then on top of that the propane being spent and used from the flames is off gassed into smoke and then the smoke penetrates deep within the food and you're eating that.
Yeah makes perfect sense.
You have to be either of extremely low intelligence to grill or you're a neanderthal. Either one.

Sounds good. Idk if they do that or not but I haven't had any problems with sauce sticking.
I think a much bigger factor in sauce sticking is whether or not you rinse your noodles.

Dinner for the last 2 nights.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

What makes it non-poverty?
spaghetti doesn't hold sauce as well as rigatoni (or the elbows) I run out of rigatoni so I used elbows. Still a much better choice than spaghetti.
san marzano tomatoes
red wine
tomato paste
long simmer
extra better added
noodles undercooked in water, finished cooking in sauce.
freshly grated parnesan cheese, as opposed to your poverty 0 cheese....seriously wtf bro?

unrelated to it being non-poverty, but I made a lot of it so I can reheat it whenever I want more. (It'd be better to always cook fresh noodles whenever you want to eat it again, but the whole point of me making a lot is so I can be lazy later so I'm willing to sacrifice a little quality on the reheats.)

Second pic is lambchop? Already looks non poverty.
As for burger, a few obvious things come to mind.
1.) Melt your fuking cheese you monster.
2.) Special sauce. Or at least ketchup and mayo.
3.) wrong greens. Iceburg lettuce is imo the only acceptable green for a burger. I want crunch, not a leafy taste in my burger.
4.) I'd slice the tomato thinner, but that's personal preference.
I think you have avocado in the background? is that going on the burger? That's fine if you like it, but I'd turn it into a spread instead of wedges. That's not a great shape for burger topping.
I just made burgers so I'm out of ground beef. Next time I get groceries I'll pick some up.

You burned all of that food , so alot of it's carcinogenic.
Are the vegetables at least organic?
Cheese is unhealthy because milk is unhealthy.
Dinner for the last 2 nights.

[im g]https://i.imgur.com/d13XTEW.j pg[/i mg]
My version of a burger. (Normally I'd have some iceburge lettuce on the bottom, and some bacon on top. Perhaps a tomato slice. But I'm out of all three things as I haven't been shopping in over a month. But hey. We got the bare essentials. Lets do it.)
Improvement #1:
Sauce. You don't even have ketchup. Unacceptable. This is a burger for gods sake. And for that we need special sauce. Made from the ingredients laid out here. If you like relish, feel free to sub it for mustard. Or add it. Or do whatever you want. It's your burger. equal parts Ketchup & mayo makes a DAMN fine base though.

In approximately these proportions. (Might be hard to see. Its equal parts ketchup and mayo. Maybe half a part of mustard Just eyeball the spices to whatever you want. Start with less, add more to taste.)

improvement #2 & #3: Cheese. You seem to be using pre shredded cheese. Not positive what kind. Preshredded cheeses are covered in starches to keep them from clumping, which changes the flavor and how they melt. I've switched that for two slices of pepperjack. A superior cheese (I don't care what cheese you had. Pepperjack is the GOAT cheese.) and properly melted.

I mean come on. How can you not like that?
improvement #4: Where the hell are your fries?
I made mine earlier today, but you can make them months ahead of time if you really feel like it. (Fries should always be partially cooked. Frozen, and then finished cooking from frozen right before serving.)
Here's the yield from 4 potatoes.

And the final product. Obviously some more topping would be ideal, and maybe you prefer less sauce. (I love this stuff) so change as you see fit. I even put some on the side for my fries. And a nice glass of Coke for a beverage because...this is a god damned burger. What else would you drink?

I given the OP some thought and I think people are just put off by the amount of sauce. I finished cooking the noodles in the sauce, but then I scooped it out sauce and all.
I'd bet that it would look more appealing if I strained most of the sauce off. But I'd assume it tastes better as is.
I usually add a LOT of meat to the sauce, which in turn makes it make very little sense to strain since you'd lose all that meat. (I prefer the meat mixed in vs meatballs, as the sauce doesn't penetrate to the center of meatballs very well. That said, there is a lot of other food ITT. The burger I just posted for example.

I have absolutely piss poor lighting in all of my photos though. Not doing me any favors. But my apartment has **** lighting literally everywhere.
Which is honestly irritating.
Because I can say objectively that he has an inferior burger. But his photo is definitely looks more visually appealing.
I've spent all my time figuring out how to make the food taste good. But I don't have the ability to make it look good on camera. lmao

Rigatoni can hold a LOT of sauce in the middle. S****hetti doesn't have that advantage. The starches on the outside of the noddle are going to hold sauce in place, I think, than the texture of the noodle, which I would assume would smooth out while it cooks. But hey, I'll buy another brand next time I go shopping if it'll make you happy.
Dececco is what I should buy? Any other suggestions in case they don't carry that?

And the final product. Obviously some more topping would be ideal, and maybe you prefer less sauce. (I love this stuff) so change as you see fit. I even put some on the side for my fries. And a nice glass of Coke for a beverage because...this is a god damned burger. What else would you drink?

If you like less, add less.
But I don't have the ability to make it look good on camera. lmao

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

All my pasta is cooked al dente in the sauce. idk why you are so hostile.
as for the dipping cups. I bought them for an event else over a year ago. Never ended up using them so I just use them for fun every now and then.

I'm sorry though, fries are an objectively better side to a burger than avocado wedges.
Your cheese wasn't even melted. Nor was it a quality cheese.
As for lamb vs beef burgers. Meh. Depends on the lamb/beef. I don't think it makes a huge difference.
It's kinda dumb to post a meal like that in this thread anyway. If you post something that isn't really that bad (Just melt your god damned cheese ffs.)
I'm only going to be able to post something marginally better. Which will thenappearworse because I have horrible lighting that ****s up the colors.

This is my attempt at better lighting. idk if it's really much better.
This burger had like double the cheese and I didn't melt it all the way I don't think. Also I kinda burnt the bottom but you cant see most of that anyway lul
will rep if a photography bro can help me out.

I'm thinking hummus with pita(make this with whole grain flour of your choice if you are worried about white bread.
I'll be doing some pretty similar lentils to yours I think, but I'm gonna jazz them up a bit.
Not sure how I feel about bread as a substitute for a sweet potato, but I refuse to make buy a sweet potato just to cook it and throw it away. And pita just seemed like the obvious choice for hummus. (Although some fresh veggies would be a pretty clear choice too.)

It's not soup, its just a LOT of sauce. As the the picture in the pot, thats how you cook the noodles if you want the GOAT taste. Undercook the noodle in water. Finish cooking in the sauce. if you don't want that much sauce, just strain it.
what is your problem with the cheese?
