On that note, did a PT test the other day that involved a lot of running. I came in 3rd out of 30 people (all in shape army/marine/navy). I was older than the next oldest guy by like 5 years. Let the haters hate on the age when you can still kill it in the gym/track/whatever.

Well sure, I've banged women in their 40s (and a lot in their 30s when I was younger) and a hell of a lot of them were super fun. I know the thread got this far through the usual gender bait trope but...do people here actually go outside? Anywhere in the world in the 50s crew the number of fit people is minute. Someone like deltpecx (who by any standard is fit as hell) would stand out like a shining beacon anywhere on the planet in a 50s+ crew.

It is the same for women - I'm sure Kimm, Legz etc stand out in their social circles.

The long and short of it being: if you're hoping to peak in your 50s you might by default...given your competition, but why miss out on 30+ years of fun to do that?

A man in his 40s who takes care of himself, has his career in order, is fit, will have a wide range of options. In fact, you just said that at 24 you'd be willing to date men who are 35. If you're still single at 26, guarantee that number will change to 40. Guarantee.
