From memory...

First film, seduces a woman to extract info but doesn't sleep with her, and then fall in love.

2nd film, doesn't sleep with her.

3rd film, sleeps with an equally enthusiastic woman who is trying to seduce him (secretary). Sleeps with another woman who is part of the case he is working, and is sad when he can't save her.

4th film, dude falls in love, and runs away with her.


Based on the above spoilers, Craig's bond really doesn't bang that many women casually. Literally about 2 women casually.

Yes. But the Danial Craig movies are set whenever he was young. Him falling in love/being betrayed by women is what turned Bond into the womanizer.

The only way to get the message out that we don't want this crap is to open a full internet troll campaign against the movie similar to what was done with that crappy ghostbusters remake. That is something 4chan could easily handle.

Unfortuantely the movie will have to get made and it will have to be an historic flop causing a 5-10 year drought of 007 movies, but I think it will be worth it.

So implication is your argument?

My basic argument is this...

You're seem to be saying that Craig was a sexist womanizing Bond.

You can't can't give any examples of him being a sexist, and you are saying that he is a woman by implication of him being Charming.

I'm saying that they massively broke the character of Bond.

In all the other Bond films, Bond display no ability to attach emotionally to women, and IMO is rightfully classified as a womanizer. Bond's previous character's were basically 2 dimensional, they had no emotional depth.

Craig's Bond falls in love twice, and has casual sex with women (1 who he worked with, who actually seduced him. Another he who was a part of a case he was working.) They showed him to be psychologically vulnerable (Falling in love twice, and the whole of Skyfall).

Banging 3 women, and falling in love with 2, makes Bond pretty normal in regards to a human being. Again, the old bonds were basically wise cracking sociopaths, the new bond choosing to be cold, but he has a heart.

They've already massively changed his character, so I don't understand why you are throwing Craig's bond in with all the other ones when he has already radically changed. I think Craig's bond has far more depth than the 'sexist womanizer' that you are attempting to portray him as.

(Casino Royale is one of my top 10 films, and Craig's bond is one of my favourite movie characters, so I feel very strongly about this.)
