Can read all the science you want about xyz, but there's just too many variables to use a scientific method in regards to methods of training

There's a lot of stuff going on and how the body reacts to stimuli, we just don't have enough hours in the day to #1. run all the tests. #2. absorb all the information about said tests

But you don't need to know the science behind things for things to work, they work regardless of whether you know the science behind them or not. Look at what the vast majority of people have done to achieve X, and do that

I think it's a clever ploy, although one that will ultimately fail.

Think about this, the OP is very confident he needed just 1 more month to get those abs. Well, if he was "banned" on January 1rst, he can't very well upload pictures and would be safe for the perma-ban bet, at least until this ban ends and he would need to upload the proof.

So, if this ban was not related to this bet, he would have until it ended to fulfill his quest to get abs.

The problem with this is: OP was nowhere near abs and was making the chronic mistake of newbie cutters, one they ALL make, and that was drastically underestimating how much time they truly needed. OP made the mistake in the first place with this thread and kept doubling down on it, thinking he only needed until February.

Nope. He wasn't close. His progress was pretty slow and I'll be very surprised if he has abs by June, personally. Not Jan 1 and not Feb 1, that's for damn sure.
