While intoxicated within the last 3 hours, but unless there is 100% continuity of the driver and they did not consume anything after driving it won’t work.

Here’s a question. Even if this WAS possible. How do you prove the guy who opens the door was even driving?
Gonna go with this. Seems tenuous at best.

yeah you get refunds like 5 to 20 cents per bottle, which you pay upfront anyway. In Ontario you used to only be able to buy beer at the Beer Store, now you can also buy beer at grocery stores. You can return your bottle anywhere they take it, just like in the US.

people who text and drive are complete scumbags and should be pulled over and stopped.


People who drink and drive are also scumbags and laws that introduce stricter penalties or prevent this I'm for, but not sure if I agree or understand the full implications and application of this law as some people are saying the article is wrong.
