If you could or had to travel to 1 country in Africa right now, where'd you prefer?

Rules:

1) Cannot be South Africa or Morocco.

-----

Which country and if you feel strongly about your choice, why? Why there compared to the other countries in the region?

Absolutely. East Africa. One of my top choices for sure too. But to get real specific, and i was gonna wait, Mauritius. Aware yourself. It's technically considered Africa. But it's *out there* and it's heavenly. $500k usd investment buys you citizenship too, and an 'investment' in their island country can simply mean you buying a home. tons of aware elderbrahs retire there or whatever

(it's even further east than madagascar)

I'm currently in London and heading to Sierra Leone in less than a week. Not kidding but you won't believe me anyway. From Murica.

As far as mainland Africa, noMauritius/Madagascar, I'd ehhhhh have to sayyy maybe Namibia or Gambia next. I was told by two separate sources that both are great. Namibia I know in particular for Safaris and I can't say i'm huge on Safaris i mean I bet they'd be sick but idk if that's reason enough for me to travel that far. I'm all for good enough english speaking countries in Africa though, whichever they may be. makes life easy

I've been to Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, The Congo, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Gabon, Seychelles.

If I had to choose which one to return to today, it would be The Seychelles.

I've been to Kenya multiple times...My uncle lives there. I visit the Masaai Mara, and do a safari. The people of Kenya are very nice, and hospitable. Sure, there's a bit of crime in Nairobi and other parts, but it's mainly pick pocketing. If you use common sense you'll be fine.

Rwanda or Tanzania.

Both are rated to be safe countries, and both seem to have beautiful landscapes and wildlife.

Tanzania's wildlife...

South Africa is not a wise choice at all. That country is a total basket case. But while we are picking horrible African countries to travel to, i'll pick the one with the most aids and muslim militias
