(If it makes you feel better, if you don't have a degree or much experience... I have severe ADHD symptoms, and have no degree nor useful experience for getting a job overseas, so you're not alone.)

I used to be a fatcel, but I lost 100 lb and am "average" weight now, with some decent muscle (I haven't been regular about gym last few months tho...lost a ton of strength...feelsbad). I do have a degree, and I only have tutoring experience in my field basically. It's hard to find a job with my background, unfortunately. I am looking into switching to a more lucrative career by eventually pursuing an MS in computer science, but it sucks because I'm so old. I have thought about moving, but I feel I do not belong anywhere. I'm apparently not American enough to be an American (even though I was born here and am a citizen...AND my dad came here LEGALLY).

But it's not about ethnicity bro. They did an incel poll on reddit, and the majority of the incels posting there were white. Even though the OKCupid dating stats showed a racial bias, there are still a LOT of other factors that go into being incel. My best friend is white, 6'2", good physique...basically, you'd think he was a Chad. Yet, he has never even kissed a girl. It's fuking brutal man. We both have a hypothesis that being born premature has a lot to do with it. LOL both of us were born prematurely apparently. There was a thread on the subreddit, and a lot of people were also saying they were born prematurely.

Honestly, from what I've seen, a lot of people like that are in the expat, TEFL or digital nomad community online. (I've been looking into that kind of thing on an off for years.). Not having a sense of belonging/not fitting in, seems to be a common motivator behind travelling or moving abroad.

A lot of people talk about 'not fitting in' or having a sense of belonging in their own country, and so they go abroad and find a GF and friends who accept them for their weirdness.

Also, you seem to be a dude who highly values logical argument so...

You need to travel and spend a few months in places trying to make friends and get a GF, in order to properly test that hypothesis. Otherwise, you're basing that 'feeling' on absolutely nothing.

Japan is 10x more competitive and harder to live in than most of America dude (Good luck getting Japanese citizenship), and none of the other countries you listed have the luxuries we have here in the US. Singapore has good technology, but is highly polluted, and has an extremely oppressive government.

One of my friends is in Japan teaching English to adults and is loving it. One cousin and one friend is currently in South Korea and have been there for years doing the same thing. One cousin is in China and I know a girl in Thailand.

All just people with random degrees but getting work over in these places is a piece of piss. You'd get a decent-paying job in one second and it'll provide you with the opportunity to start over and reinvent yourself. Apparently in South Korea you automatically get rispek put on your name just my being there and having lived in the west. You can't tell me that Seoul doesn't have everything you have in Oregon or wherever it is you currently live.

I never understood why this movie was so popular. It's weird, long-winded, and uninteresting for the most part. Also, everybody speaks extremely slowly instead of having conversations at a normal pace. It does provide an array of artsy, edgy, masturbation material for faux intellectuals though. Overrated IMO.

Has anyone brought up all the Hollywood backlash this got on top of the director dying randomly either right before or after release? I believe tom and Kate broke up immediately after the movie as well. That’s the main reason the movie blew up lots of controversy irl happened around it so the context of the movie combined with the incidents led into a bunch of conspiracies

Women use pyschological warfare to hurt, this was a example of it in the film. Her way of getting back at him. Any miscer that had a gf probaby experienced this kind of manipulation tactics if your a man worth your salt you wouldn't give a damn. Real ego blow for tom cruise character in this film with him being a successful doctor. Which is why she did it she knew it would hurt his ego. This doesn't just happen to men either it can be used on a older women as well if you get younger ass it would be very devestating to yoru gf who is older that they give it up for you and you enjoy it. Pretty evil thing to do on both sides and distasteful.
