My all time PR 400 bench, 295 behind neck push press, 660 mid thigh pull (most people don't know what this is)

Like 1275 leg press. Squatted 475 to parallel as a junior in HS.

4.6 40 and poverty 30" vertical at 220

Oh and sub 12 100 meter.
Those are some pretty wild azz claims Leo. 400lb bench while running a 4.6 at 220 plus a sub 12 100 lol come the fuk on. To compare you to someone of your age group that would be like a stronger Marcus Dupree who was a freshman starter and phenom at a D1 powerhouse in Oklahoma. Dude blew his knee out completely and STILL played in the NFL

as the old saying goes you'll never meet someone over the age of 50 who didn't bench 500 and squat 600 when they were your age

I know that's what you meant. It is still ridiculous. If you really had stats like that you would be retired from the NFL sitting on fat stacks. Claiming a sub 12 100 or 400 lb bench is a stretch but still possible but claiming both at the same time?

Lol everyone can do that. I was average in the weight room in college.

Our FB who also never made the nfl squatted 600 plus and benched over 480.

I had a teammate bench 500 as a hs senior.

Tons and tons of guys have those numbers or better.

We had and I am going by memory our hs lifts
Ol left to right
275, 345, 295, 365, 275
FB 395 bench

From left to right played at citadel, app st, western Carolina, guilford college, Elon
FB South Carolina state.

Defense that's not O starters DT Chowan 275
LB App St 255.

Upper classmen over 300 10 guys in the 2 classes ahead of me.

Over 400 2 guys.

This is hs.

We also had a state champion power lifter at my HS but he didn't play football.

I'm not talking about some pussy azz soccer twinks or juiced up all show and no go Pontiac Fiero bodybuilding pussies.

I'm talking about the greatest athletes on the planet American Football players. They are the epitome of athleticism. Period bar none.

You walk in any football weight room in America and it's a whole different world than typical commercial gyms.

Dude every male in my family played football. One of my step brothers played college ball as an offensive lineman and benched 400 lbs but his 40 needed to be timed with a sun dial. I ran a sub 12 100 and a 4.6 40 but I could only bench about half that and weighed 170. I only ever played against one guy that had all of those stats your claiming at the same time and he played in the NFL. Hell look up the combine numbers and only a couple of people in the draft every year have those type of stats. On top of that probably one white guy every 20 years has those type of stats

Edit: Just saw about your aunt. I'm sorry for your loss

Can confirm a few things. My cousin was going to play football at a small college locally and they weightroom was like a palace, and the lifts written on the wall were BIG lifts.
Also 'Southern deaths are like that' lol. My father in law just passed and my poor mother in law had so much food in her fridge BEFORE the Sunday School class brought food over after the funeral, she gave a truckload of it away, haha. Cool to see.
Sorry for your loss man, it sucks and after just watching my wife's family go through another loss it's a bummer. But he knew where he was going, had that 'Blessed hope.'
Good luck man!

Edit: MAN that's alot of stairs! I do 30 minutes at a time and it have helped me with gains, if you get your diet/protein right you should have Tom Platz legs, haha.

Look at the guys in the videos they all do that. It's not that big a deal.

The fastest guy on my hs team ran 4.3 and got a track scholarship to UNC.

It's really not a big deal. But as I already stated I did something very stupid to cut my career short. Something I'm embarrassed to this day about and I won't ever forget.

Hell though back on point I could put up HS weight rooms of kids doing these things.

Ok Leo there was not a single timed 40 in any of those vids. Look up the combine numbers and get back to me. They only do reps of 225 at the combine so about 25 reps at that would be a 400 lb bench. Only 12 players did 25 reps or over at the 2018 (excluding offensive and defensive linemen) and only one of those guys was white. He ended up being a 4th round pick. Your basically telling the misc that you had NFL caliber numbers and try to act like its not that big of deal

You know and I know that is bullchit. Once you get passed 10 reps the correlation curve drops significantly because now you are completely out of the strength phase and into endurance.

I've never been a fan of projected rep maxes. But lots of coaches won't let guys do singles.
