I didn't like it when it first came out. It does start very slow and it wasn't quite like I had imagined from reading the books. But then years later some of my friends were watching season 3 and I did get into it then. I still haven't watched the latest season though and I'm not that bothered about it. It isn't as good as the hype tbh, it's let down by the terrible acting of Emilia Clarke and Kit Harrington (Dany and Jon), there are some other brilliant actors in it but those are the two main characters and they're just awful.

Books are good, except the last one that was seriously dragged down. Show was just meh for me.

I watched 2 episodes, and didn't get the hype.

(I even got negged on the misc by some guy, who took offence to me saying that I watched 2 episodes and didn't like it.)


Then about 4 years or so later, I heard people saying to get through the first season.

By about the end of episode 3 or 4 I think I changed my mind on it, and began to love it. Then I binge watched it.

I would recommend getting at least mid way through the first season, before giving up.

What's the point of inflicting emotional pain upon yourself? Don't you get enough of that in the real world? I prefer shows offer me hope and joy.

Ok, I’m 4 episodes in and it was good enough for me to neglect all other plans I had made to be a productive adult. I hate a lot of the characters- so I’m waiting for some to die. I imagine at some point a lot will redeem themselves... I can see why couples like to watch the show together lmfao.. when my married friends post that they’re watching this stuff I’m gonna know exactly what’s Up.

Edit- I’m too scared to post itt lol I don’t want y’all killing it for me with any major spoilers.. I had to give myself amnesia to forget all the spoilers I’ve already seen throughout the years
