So what is your rep range and rest times? Also do you train for fatigue/weakness, or higher reps to get "the burn"?

All my load based stuff is 5-10 range (first set is always the heaviest at the lower end). All working sets are taken to form failure.

The only higher rep stuff I do is usually in the form of drop sets, strip sets, supersets etc so intensity is still pretty high

Edit: rest time before and after top sets is ~2 min, but I don't time it

Interesting, thanks very much for the reply. It's leg day for me today so I'm gonna get in there and go hard after reading this thread.

That's the point of the bands: make the weight heavier where you're mechanically stronger and deload where you're weak

Ah k.

So if I don’t have access to a hack squat machine what’s a go-to quad exercise

Safety bar squats and front squats are both great as well. This is a great video on the logic of why. I personally follow all of his "best exercises for X" advice with great results

Fuk- just read thread and see that someone actually accused you.
It’s easier to build all types of muscles in your legs... I know because mine are muscular af and I have a muscle that I’ve only seen on one other person.
yeah yeah, surely a natty female has truly "muscular af" legs and has the authority to talk about how easy it is to build legs to the level OP has

I agree that OP is a twink, but just because one is small doesn't mean he's natty

Lol I don't make a dime off fitness, I'm not a PT, I don't have clients, I don't have "sponsors" or aspirations to do so. I'm a dad who like to post nerdy **** about building muscles. I have no reason to lie to you. Stop being a bitter ******* and accept that someone can achieve a decent physique with 6 years of a consistent high level of effort

Edit: glad your judging factor of a natty is striations. Strong everything

so how do you split your workouts brah? I've been going 5 days a week, but now that I finally pulled 5 plates I'm probably gonna start focusing a little more on my physique instead of chasing numbers (for now)

I wrote this one pretty much from scratch, but the concepts closely follow his philosophy. I pretty much followed his last split tho during my bulk, I didn't have two arm days tho. Such a good investment man
