Camel capsing it doesn't make it any less valid. You can't possibly believe that a rational person paid in cash who can barely speak english would voluntarily go through the hassle of filing income taxes. The net impact on society from illegal immigration is also negative, not positive. It costs a whole hell of a lot more to have them here, displacing American jobs and using public resources (even if we did concede the absurd idea that most of them pay income taxes).

Tell you what, if illegal immigrants are so great, why doesn't Norway open its immigration to American illegals? I'm sure they'd love to live and work in Norway. Tons of great social programs, opportunities and wealth there. Why don't you take them? You can "prosper" with their enrichment.

Naw dude. You're trying to claim most illegal immigrants pay income taxes. There are 12 million+ illegals in this country. Supposedly they pay out about 12 billion in taxes. That means each only paid around $1k in taxes. Oh hey check this out:

So, we spend like 19 billion on their healthcare, and they only pay us 12 billion. AMAZING. SO, last time I checked 12-19 is a negative number. Like I said, if you love them so much, you guys can take them. I'm sure they'd love to come fuk up Norway the way they fuked up the US.

Illegal immigrants are people too impatient to wait in line and prove themselves worthy of coming here. They have no right to be here, and we have no obligation to help them with anything.

While the character maybe have been around, the themes in this movie seem have a strong contemporary influence (culturally+ politically). Either that or people more sensitive this stuff now. Some people will think less of the movie over it's perceived political bent, and others will think more of it. I am going to try to comparmentalize and judge it as an entertainment piece, not propaganda.

Not sure how much of the movie we've managed to spoil for you ITT, but you should see it. It's like a mid-ish level Marvel origin movie. It shows some stuff from the beginning of Fury's career too, which is always fun.

Almost all films had their own contemporary influences at the time of their filming. Like how many films from the 70s-80s would have antagonistic leadership akin to that of Nixon.

Special FX were great. Much better than Panther.

Carol Danvers has a legit story arc, also superior to Panther in that regard.

Just saw it, thought it was okay... not quite as good as some of the other Marvel movies, but still decent. If they want to bring in a powerful woman character, whatever. But I've said it before, that if she is the one that ends up killing Thanos, that's where I have a problem. They can't be bringing in a newbie character to be the downfall of Thanos
