I must stress again. The targets for these "hunts" are carefully selected by game wardens and usually marked for death due to age, or due to overpopulation. (Note: total population of animals is irrelevant. It is total population in a specific reserve.)
This money is then used to hire wardens and support these reserves. Charities never earn enough to support environmental conservation. That takes vested users.
