Honest question. Is it possible to double the size of your legs while not gaining an oz on your stomach or waist natty? As a female? Sorry but I'm skeptical.

Regarding Maddy... She had an eating disorder and that photo is from her late teens. So she wasn't eating a decent diet before, and was still naturally growing.
