This is the problem that yo-yoers like myself have. We never establish long term goals. All we want to do is lose the weight, and we do. Then what? We end up on this perpetual cut, where all we care about is being skinny. We don't care about progressing in the gym. We don't care about doing research and tailoring our programs to how we want to look, or what type of performance we want out of our bodies. Then after cutting for 2 years we get tired, and take a break. We don't deload, or work at maintenance, we just fall off the wagon. As everyone else has said it, but I have to say it again for the people in the back...This is a lifestyle. It has to be a gift you give yourself 5-6 days a week for the rest of your life for yourself, and because you need it to be healthy. Not for the adulation of others.

pretty fast. just don't eat.
you will cause your body way more physiological stress than is necessary but if you're dumb and want to do it by all means go ahead.

The body either is in a state of fat burning or a fed state. Changing between the two in an acute setting is stressful. That means “eating less calories but 3-6 meals a day” is total crap

I lost it quick with Keto and a 2000 calorie daily deficit. Lost a lot of strength and mass, but I did lose 60 lbs in 8 weeks.

Dropped 50 lbs (250 > 200) in 3 months doing a low carb diet from May-August last year. Strength in gym did get lower but it rebounded quickly when I started eating normally. I stayed at 205 for a while then did another cut down to 190 over November-December. I weigh 200 now from lean bulking and am actually doing another cut starting next week to 185.
I tracked all my calories, weighed all my food, bulk cooked all my food, and did almost no cardio for all the diets. I also saved a chit ton of money from not eating out all the time, and I was never hungry while on diet because I spaced my meals out. It's definitely doable, you just need to be disciplined.

fast fat loss = body will fight back harder (moreso when ur leaner ur case probbly very little).
You can probably start with a huge deficit but will hae to shrink it down as u get thinner.
what to eat? Keto. Helps keep insulin levels down.
I love alternate day fasting. If not, have sat as ur cheat day or take diet breaks. People stall cuz body wants to stop your weight loss. So trick body by saying it's ok and continue. #metabolicadaptation

Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.
