She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Sup bros, been MIA for a bit due to life, mostly starting medical rotations for school. Has made my gym time a little more inconsistent than I'd like, but still hitting it hard. Will try and get some updated pics in here, even though not much has changed. Repping as many of you as I can, all of you looking like shredded beasts so far

Lmao of course. Had that 5k calorie cheat day earlier in the week, next day was up .2 pounds from previous low, the next day I was down 1.4 pounds from previous low to 170.0 exactly...this morning another new low weigh in @ 169.4. Ate a ton of sodium and 2,800 calories yesterday too. No visual difference that I can see.

Probably losing weight from glycogen loss from not lifting for 10 days. How quick does muscle mass decrease anyway?

On the bright side I'm not gaining weight while recovering from injury.

Some updated pics, don't think my physique changed much besides adding some color. Finally getting around to getting my cardio in. Unfortunately probably just going to maintain at this point because school is picking up, but going to try a couple diet changes and see if I can cut down a tiny bit by august-sept.

I knew from your avi that my jaw would break and that was going a sight to be seen.

That is a perfect physique sir.

Don't be to worry about "just maintaining" hahaha

An update. I haven't trained since 4/19. I trained chest and delts that day and that night I could barely lift my left arm. The front delt was so tight/sore. It cleared up Saturday and on Sunday night It returned. I took the last two weeks off from training. So I took advantage of the nice weather we've been having here, NO RAIN, and I concentrated on my gardens for my first open garden on 6/1.
I plan to return to training on Monday my shoulders feel great no pain and full movement.

Yesterday my morning weight and the previous 2 days was;
177.6

This morning;
178.8

So all that digging and planting has paid off.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

So I do have really tight quads and always had problems with my knees. I went back to foamrolling my quads and noticed knee pain right after. I heard it can happen but is this normal, should I keep going until it gets better? I definitely notice the improved mobility and feeling in my legs but the knees seem to not like it too much.

Also starting a cut on Monday and hoping to get shredded by July. How many pounds are you planning on losing and at what caloric deficit?
