Getting ignored by hot girls on the app is one thing. But getting blocked/deleted by a 5.5-6/10 on Bumble after lowering my standards and she agreed to a date shattered me. What in the ****. Who the **** does this sloot think she is?

Feels. I thought it would improve my self confidence and help me overcome my shyness, but itโ€™s had the opposite effect.

i refuse to believe a straight up good looking guy is shy. Theres so much positive reinforcement from women, family, teachers, and etc growing up that you are essentially molded to be social. Add to the fact women will outright make it easy for good looking men. You probably arent nearly as good looking as you think.

Well that isnt my position. If someone is legitimately attractive then USUALLY they will not be "shy". Good looking men and women simply get alot of positive feedback and loop never ends. People are usually confident at things they get a positive return on. I love playing some fighting games competitively, shooting rifles, and a few other things.

Definitions before a debate starts are very important. That said game (the understanding of social dynamics with women) can be developed independently of good looks. Anecdotally I was able to develop game and reap minor rewards. I did this from raw effort even though I understand I'm no looker. The girls in my life that didn't allow my looks to be a show stopper all comment on my belief in myself and how I dont let things set me back.

Bish we actually agree on alot. You just try to come out at me and other AFCs / FA'ers hard for no reason.

Agree in the success breeds confidence, confidence breeds success loop. However I dont think game is about attracting women. Most men can attract women by simply looksmaxxing. The difference between most 5s and 7s is simply style and fit. 9s and 10s and genetic lottery tickets. Who cares.

Understanding social dynamics and how to manipulate people and situations is 100x more important than your genetic physical make up.

Plenty of good looking guys with 0 game.

I agree with looks maxing. The only thing that seemed to remotely help me

However as far as manipulating social scenarios I still have 1 foot out the door. Example here. Recently my class did interview prep as we graduate soon. Honestly when it comes to coding I'm one of the weaker people in the class (but i still grind). However I got serious praise from Senior Devs and Project Managers. Imo that is because I understand what employers look for and why presenting ones self as confident, inquisitive, and humble in a job interview can be. I slay them ****s every time. However due to me getting an "interview" ? They actually ALLOW themselves to see my "game". But with women as I stated above if I don't get 5 seconds then my game doesnt matter. Now maybe PERHAPS if the girl is around me in continued social interactions the "game" / "personality" may grow on her. I've experienced this a few times. This may be what pondus refers to as "building attraction", but in most scenarios (day game, bar game, festival game, anime con game) that **** is irrelevant because you will only be around that person for a few minutes, or maybe an hour at a max and if they have already written you off looks wise? Your game means nothing

So for long term social situations ? Being conscious of your social actions is important, but if you're just getting yucky with the boys or at a pool party? Just look as good as possible and be normal. Thats really all you can do and hope someone take the bait.

I can partially agree with the "somewhat". We've probably all met people we didnt care for, and then after a few hang outs we were like "damn ole boy is actually cool". In highschool I had this hispanic girl tell me "you know people say you're an *******, but you're actually super cool". She actually stuck around and realized I was a normal person. The "*******" perception simply came from me having a shield up dealoing with fights and bullying.

Being cool and looks maxing is the top tier ****

"gaming women" is important if you will regularly see a woman over and over, and if you didnt shoot yourself in the foot the first time.
