My max is 5 plates for 2-3 reps, however my depth was weak. I was also around 250lbs at the time.

Good effort OP! I will rep but you will barely notice it

Not a bad accomplishment but how much can you do in a 1 footed hip curl machine? How fast can you sprint from one end of the cage to the other?

just F**k walking out a squat. don't know how you guys do it. I never feel like I'm set right. of course that might have something to do with squatting in a monolift for the last 10 years. lol

good job. looking forward to training with a purpose again. this just training to try and stay sharp or just not get injured is for the birds.

having a great day with one or eve 2 lifts is hard. stringing all three together is what separates the top of the top from everyone else.

meet days either seem to be over in a flash or the longest days ever.

And what’s crazy is I started (after my first meet) using a mono and even then I couldn’t seem to feel comfortable just standing with the weight and not adjusting my feet. It’s almost like my set up and the process is the ritual of doing all the things to “make it right”. I don’t think about any of the things I do, I just do them. Maybe you’re the same.

I agree the day is either amazing and fast and sh!t or a dragging nightmare lol. It I squat 317.5 kg it’ll give me the record unofficial because it’s not an IPL meet but I’m not concerned about that as there are so many lifters better than I am...it’s just great to take part.

you're really giving mr Armstrong a run for his money.
