She knows who Gendry is and what he has done. He volunteered to go north to capture a wight. He was in charge of forging all of the dragonglass weapons. He fought in the battle. He has Jon to vouch for him and he has the right blood. He’s basically a war hero at this point. Bronn has none of that going for him except that Tyrion knows him.

It's not the ideal end for Bronn, but you work with what you have. D&D have seemingly put Bronn on Team Cersei. That means he'll either be killed or imprisoned when Cersei falls and will not be able to claim his castle.

She obviously has met him off-screen. The guy was in charge of supplying her entire army and the only one, who could craft dragon glass. He was maybe the most central part of their logistics team.

HBO's structure / business model doesn't work out - its still profitable as fuk, but remember the highest rating was 17.8 million viewers. They have a relative small subscriber base.

Compare to Netflix: 150 million subscribers. Amazon Prime has 100 million+, all potential customers for Amazon Prime Video.

When the LOTR guys pitched the script and project, HBO dropped out of the bidding when they learned about the $250 million budget for season one - Netflix and Amazon didn't even flinch.

Assassination was fine as long as you had plausible deniability, but to murder someone who has come to you in good faith would have been as good as losing the war right then.

lolwut? Dude was Tyrion's personal bodyguard for ages and helped Jaime with the whole Dorne thing. He was also made into a knight and has proven himself to be a capable warrior and commander. He's a smart dude. Not a mindless cutthroat.

If he sided with her and had a hand in killing Cersei/The Mountain why wouldn't Dany trust him?

Walder Frey ignored that ruled and no one fuking cared cept the slain and their friends.
Pretty sure blowing up the Sept, high priest, the Lord of HighGarden, his son, and his daughter the Queen, are all against the "Feudal" rules too. But no, slaying the queen of an army of raping savages, Eunichs, and hillbillys (Pretty much how the north is viewed by people in the south), during a parlay is going to make the people turn on Cersei.

Lolwut? Nothing he’s done is anywhere close to being equal to what Gendry has done in the bigger picture. The biggest thing he did was shoot that arrow at the Blackwater but Dany has zero reason to care about that. Again Jaime has no pull with her and she and Tyrion aren’t in the best of spots right now. No way he convinces Dany to give him one of the most important castles in the 7 kingdoms.

If, and thats a big if, he has a major role in bringing down Cersei, he could get a big reward but I don’t see it happening. Cersei’s death will go to Jaime or Arya or one of the bigger characters.

Regarding parlay (and this is not specifically about GOT): rules painfully respected those rules because eventually they might rely on them themselves. If Cersei would be sieged, food would be cut off for months, and eventually she'd want to negotiate the terms of a capitulation, then the other party could simply slay her or her messenger, if she herself didn't respected parlays in the past.

Honestly that was so close to being the best episode of the season until Euron turned up with the invisibility cloak again

I'm team Dany now I think. Sansa just annoying as fuk and Jon is just useless this season, feel like he has been completely sidelined and there's only two episodes left. Dany has lost too much and listening to her advisers has got her absolutely nowhere apart from nearly losing everyone close to her. She has the WOAT strategists around and should have just burnt Cersei as soon as she got to Westeros.

My god, amazing how quickly they've destroyed this show. Was in shock watching last night, feels like a soap opera that is light years away from what GOT was. The downward spiral of writing/plot is incredible, GOT is another Lost or Dexter. Holy fak im upset at how bad it is, a decade invested and its ending like this, every single viewer should be pissed and hugely disappointed at this trash they released after having 2 FULL FUKING YEARS to write it out

Cant believe that they fuked it up so much I dont even care how it ends srs. The magic is gone bruhs
