Yeah sometimes I do it randomly, other times I do try to observe a woman's body language and depending on the situation I'll either be PG 13 or regular Mode One or Mode 1.5 or R Rated/X/XXX rated or Mode One Hardcore. With regular Mode One/Mode 1.5, I'll just say it to their face, Mode One Hardcore I'll either say it to their face or whisper it in their left ear. And the worst reaction was just a reaction of shock. So far I've never been cursed out or slapped or anything like that. Mode One is basically Alan Roger Currie's version of direct where you tell a woman as bluntly as possible what you want from them, whether it's casual sex or a serious relationship.

Yeah you were already Mode One before you even knew about it. You were specific about what you wanted and stood by it. started low carb this week.
One day this week a splurged and had 60g of carbs.
i'm good on regular days where i just walk for exercise but when I do labor in the yard or burn a lot of calories being active....
holy fuk the leg and side cramps if I drink less than a gallon of water throughout the day.
Gotta do a few warm up sets on low carb.

energy levels are funny though.
even with a pre-wo i'll lose steam fast but if I stick with it and push through i'll get the energy i need to keep going.
