How about taking a moment out of your day to take a good hard look at the statistical divides along racial lines when it comes to certain types of crimes, number of offenses (remember, priors play a huge role in sentencing), etc. So fukin tired of people swallowing the agenda without understanding a damn thing about the difference between correlation and causation. Get educated.

It's weird. I'm admonishing the officer for his handling of the situation and yet you're here telling me that I must not live in a city (I have and have been here for years) and that I'd be the one to frisk a 2 year old for some dumb reason. Because clearly I must not have any experience in multicultural areas if I'm the one willing to give a black guy the right to go about his day without considering him sketchy. Because clearly I must be the one with judgement issues if I'm not willing to stop and frisk every person I pass on the street. Your thinking is backwards dude.

If they aren't committing a crime they don't need to verify chit. If you honestly think that dude looked sketchy then IDK what to tell you but seemed like a normal guy picking up trash listening to music.
