The chicken nugget that is BATTERED is not "skin". You cant duplicate that taste and texture of skin. All you are doing is dunking a battered chicken nugget in a some dipping sauce, and prey the poor sap who paid on a premium on "boneless wings" is too dumb to notice that he isn't eating actual wings.

Chicken cooked way too fast. put it on too early before charcoal had a chance to calm down so temp was at 315-320 instead of 275. Skin wasn't able to crisp up and came out rubbery. Meat was tasty though. Pulled it all off the bone and put in tupperware for snacks/lunch for the rest of the week
