She won't go to prison and shouldn't, honestly. Prison should be a place to rehab violent criminals, not pay $75k/year to house some ice cream licking sloot.

A much better punishment would be about a million hours of community service focused on public sanitation. The rest stop cleaning crew would be a good start. Maybe the local dump. Have you seen some of those places? Barf.
