Just hammer them down and then immediately spiral into a dark place. I wouldn't say I was close to breaking, but the thought crossed my mind.Answer the man OP.
Then I had to stop by costco for some vitamins and I absent-mindedly grabbed a sample of something without even thinking about it. Total auto pilot. I had to do a 360 and toss it. Almost messed for the whole thing up. Like I said, if I failed out of mental weakness where so many others have succeeded, I would forever carry the shame with every subsequent misc post.
I went into this with minimal expectations of physical benefit (I think some of the claims are still largely speculative bro science), but am starting to believe in the mental strength gains. That's what I'm chasing. I'll wait until I finish to take stock, but I'm already noticing positive changes in my mental state.

Fasting for fat loss just doesnt work.
Its like a pendulum - you go one way but then go back the total other way
So essentially you are doing low carbs low calories etc and after a couple months you are gonna go VERY high carb and high calories

Why on earth are you doing this, do you know how much lean mass you will lose? Your body is in constant filtering process every day through your liver and kidneys, infact fasting that long probably produces more stress hormones and stresses your kidneys than just eating 20% under maintenance.

How are you feeling today, OP? I am with you on the mental benefits - it takes dedication to see something like this through. Also unsure of the physical benefits, as longer-term, randomized trials with strict protocols are rare, but taking time off eating has unquestionably been a norm throughout Human development

Day 5, boys. Woke up to some keto flu, so I'm going to turn up the electrolytes and potassium. I don't think the electrolytes+potassium in my bottled water is enough.
Slept a lot. Normally feel ok until about 8:00 and then I've been crashing. Still doing it.

Thanks for doing this. I alway hear about morons around the office who know nothing about nutrition and lifting saying they are doing a #detox or "juice cleanse" (maybe fasting for 36 hrs) but it would be cool to personally explore this more thoroughly.

I hope you're on some sort of cycle because 10 days of no food would be horrible for your gains. Even someone running test/tren would lose some mass with no food for that long.

After looking into this, it's tempting me to try it because of how fat I am. Don't think I'd have energy to lift or do cardio though. Do just drop weight and then start cutting normally...
Those of you that have muscle, this is pretty pointless. But for fastcels seems a good start
