I kinda want to say that too. OP the hair gains are insane. But with that stubble you have and the age written on your face, the 18 year old hairline/hairstyle DOES look a little strange. 100% of guys in their mid 30's with a full beard will have thinning hair.

The big limitation of a hair transplant is that there's only so much that a doctor and staff can do in a single day. At most you can only have 3 people implanting follicles from the donor area to the recipient area at a time (one on each side plus one in the center). I had a lot of ground to cover so generally could only get between 2k to 4k follicles moved per surgery.


My hair in 2008 vs 2019




Back in Nov 2018 I had my most recent surgery - this one was only about 2000 FUE to fill in some bare spots, give better temple points and lower the hairline slightly. You can see the strip scar from when I had FUT's done. My previous FUE implanted a few follicles into some wide sections of the scar, so now its completely masked when my hair grows out.




It takes a period of 5 to 7 months to get a real idea of how the results turn out, with full results taking approximately 12 months.

Me at 6 months post-surgery. 28 years old vs 38 years old.




All of these pics are me at 27 or 28 vs me right now at 38.






If I don't gel my hair up, then it usually ends up like so (old head with oil to accentuate hair loss vs normal gym session)

The Transformations are amazing Braw - in all honesty I'd say that it is opposite in your pics - that the ages are opposite way round, and u look 28 not 38

My mom, her brother and her dad have the hair of the gods. But, my dad and my dad's dad have literally no hair on the top of their fkn head.

Best advice is not to let distance be a determining factor. Flying to Belgium or Istanbul for a transplant isn’t that pricey compared to the $ you might save by going there. With that said, you should expect to book an appointment about 6 to 7 months in advance.

The hair in the donor area is naturally thicker and typically darker. I started to develop a salt-n-pepper color to my hair, and I said nuts to that. So yeah my hair’s dyed.

Yes. It’s just hair from the “horseshoe” part of your hair on your head that never falls out. Those follicles have a layer of saturated fat within the root that keeps DHT from making the hair fall out. So it’s just a surgery to migrate those hairs upwards.

I had a ton of bare space I needed to cover, and wanted as low of a hairline as humanly possible. You can only do so much in a day, so five surgeries was necessary for my near bald head to be covered.
Base your doctor choice off of his examples of previous cases.

What you're saying is blatantly wrong.

America may have the best doctor, but you'll likely be paying 50k+ for them.

Turkey as a whole has amazing value and you can get an amazing HT for 10-15k USD (travel costs included).

Did you get it done in the USA op? If i get a hair transplant, i rather spend more on a quality doctor than go to a poverty country.
I also read people paying for 2000 and only getting a 1000 done. Basically getting ripped off.
