I got down to 176 back in June. Then the summer birthdays came..mine included. I kept eveything in moderation but I wasn't tracking. I slowly got back up to 191.

I jumped back on The Shredz train on 8/12 at 191.

Today I'm 186.2.

Keep the inspirations coming men!
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Made some low effort comparison between 1 year training and 9 (current).
Havent measured in a while but I might have finally reached those magic 16 inches. Still poverty forearms

Arms looking good! nice separations.

If you twist your hand back over the bicep, making it peak more, you might be able to squeeze out 16.5".

These pictures don't really have anything to do with it, but I've decided to change my workout routine and actually try to increase my strength - something I haven't done for years. I have no idea whether I should expect much by way of change in terms of appearance, but I'm vaguely hopeful that it'll help me do something about my back (among other things). Also trying to be more disciplined re legs (I've not 'neglected' them in terms of workout frequency, but I find doing them so tiresome that I've not been as invested in leg workouts recently as I have in other workouts).

It looks as if you're keeping the fluff gains to a minimum.

Mirin hard. Looking great! Really impressive builds in this thread. I know the season of lots of good eating is upon us. After new year I'll really look to clean up the diet and maybe change things up a bit in the gym.

These are current pics, I'm hoping to surpass my precious level of shreddeness (I made a new word) this summer. This thread is definitely a motivator.

To wear your T Shirt as so - shows the gains and efforts (no homo) that is no way easy to achieve when talkin about having a compromise between what I'd call "gain gains" and going too far "Incredible Hulk wise Gains"
