Number three would be going over a jump on my RM125 and landing on my tail bone breaking it .
Fuking thing never healed 100% either .

Had a few surgeries in my 20s. One was a shoulder labrum repair.
The rehab for it brought me to tears shortly after the surgery. Some college chick stretching my shoulder out. Edit: well worth it though since I had a full recovery.

On a dirt bike and ran into a barb wire fence. Left leg tibia completely snapped in half, bone sticking out of my leg just bouncing up and down as I sat there in shock, big chunk of my own flesh next to me with leg completely covered in blood. My throat and neck was completely mangled up in barb wire and came close to slicing my jugular cord.

Gangrenous appendicitis when I was 10. Completely bedridden over a weekend, puking in pain, and my parents figured it was a stomach bug/virus and that it'd be fine to wait until the Monday to take me to a doctor. Doctor rushed some bloods, sent me to the hospital, and I was in surgery by early evening.

I've had 12 kidney stones and have had a couple that required long ER stays and lots of morphine, and without a doubt the worst pain I ever felt was getting surgery done on my ingrown toenail when I was 10. It was a civilian doctor on an Air Force base who did the surgery and he didn't use enough anaesthetic, and so I felt him slicing into my foot with his scalpel the entire time. I was screaming from the pain and he was yelling and cussing at me, "Shut up goddamn it", stuff like that. I remember afterwards being in so much pain and being curled up in a ball suffering, and the dude didn't give me anything for the pain after.
Well my mom told my dad about it, and my dad, being a Colonel, went to the commander of the medical group and had a chat with him. That doctor was fired very soon after. There were a bunch of enlisted folks who heard him yelling at me who were able to back up what my mom was saying.
Anyways I would take all of my kidney stones over the pain I felt during and after that procedure, it was excruciating.

Split my sack wide open srs. Adrenaline helped but could still feel the pain well. Walked to ambulance with nuts in hand bleeding. When I got to ER to be stitched back up, the doc slathered the open wound with sterile gauze pads and then gave me 6 or 7 shots in dink and sack to numb it up. The pain was ridiculous along with my leg hurting. I remember biting my shirt collar when he was giving the shots. Gave me pain medicine and was fine after that until it wore off.
Cracked my ribs, broken collarbone, broken thumb/wrist. Nothing compared to that for me. Srs. Still have my cods thankfully.

I was sledging when I was a kid and went flying down a hill and hit a bump, ramped into the air and came down on a sharp piece of steel that was wedged in the ground, it went straight through the bottom of my sledge and into my lower back.
The pain was extreme and that is coming from someone who fell off a house roof and broke bones when I was a kid and was also run over by a car.

To the dude who got his balls squashed by a bull I witnessed a similar thing to a guys balls when I was a teenager.
There was an abandoned sawmill in my town and now and again me and my friends would hang out there and smoke cigarettes and fuc about,
There was a massive saw blade which was still there and working whereby if you turned a handle it would starts turning and move forward. It was for cutting logs in half.
Now and again we would do dares to see who would sit the longest with their legs spread whilst someone turned the handle and the blade spun forward. It travelled around 12 feet at a fast speed.
Anyway to cut a long story short, one of our friends got cocky and pushed his luck and had his legs in the air showing off saying “imagine it sliced my ass in two” and he didn’t get off in time and it sliced straight through his jeans , sliced open his ballsack and the bit between his balls and his Angus.
After he eventually healed a few months later another autistic friend threw a throwing knife at him joking “I wonder if I’ll hit your balls” and as luck would have it pinned his ballsack to a tree branch. Srs

I've been fortunate - never broken a bone, torn a muscle or ripped ligaments/tendons off the bone.
The worst is a dislocated shoulder - an initial explosive instantaneous pain followed by a consistent sharp pain. Goes away completely once shoulder is popped back in.

I peed out a kidney stone, the pain was hilarious, feels like yo dick is on fire, I was like WTF???!!!
Had PRP injection (poverty version of stem cell therapy) to heal my lower back that I injured many years ago by falling on the ice. Long needle going into various parts of your lower back, touching nerves and bones deep inside, pain shooting down your feet too... Just lol, I was like ah motherf*cker kill me now!

Picture that - But your rear foot not rotating because it got caught.
Ankle gone (Break was in the growth plate) - But the most pain was from all the twisted ligaments up the front of my leg.
Doctors & ambulance come i was adamant i broke my leg not ankle!
Get to the hospital - Doctor tells me its not broken so he went to discharge me & told me to get up and walk. Ankle give in & i hit the deck.
Went & re-checked xray - Come back (Ahhhh Yes, It's broken)
That was more painful than my bone coming out my other leg with a kick...

All you bros with kidney stone posts: drink more water, and use common sense diet strategies such as apple cider vinegar, don’t overdo vitamin C, don’t do more protein than 1.5g/lb, make sure to get some calcium, don’t go nuts on sodium.

so i decided to go all in and try it out with a ****** because you know once you go black you never go back
in any case i didnt enjoy the experience, so i came to the conclusion that i might not be gay afterall

Back injury, slammed in the nuts, splitting open an already stitched wound, a proper migraine, severe food poisoning and having to read another article about a SJW.

I am definitely not going to win this contest after some of the $hit I just read...
I have been pretty lucky in the major injury category I suppose... had a couple minor broken bones but nothing crazy.. but in 2017 I got T boned by a no insurance , no speaka Julio in a F250 Van... I was pulling through an intersection and mthrfkr never even tapped his brakes... was doing an estimated 60 in a 40 when I got hit on the drivers side door. I walked away but now left with 7 herniated disc's that I basically just have to live with for now. I spoke with a surgeon about some avenues I could take and on the first consolation... he pulled up my MRI and in disbelief asked how in the fk I was even walking upright into his office. The Dr. straight up told me that because of my "over developed" muscle ... especially around my spine... was one of the main reasons I walk away from that wreck...But over 2y down the road and I still fight back pain every day of my life

I had a halo for a broken neck installed on me (was in coma when they put it on) but it had 4 screws and they were screwed into my head. Went to go get it taken off and they unscrewed them 1 by 1 with a socket wrench without any pain meds or numbing sht. Felt so fuarkin weird and then when they got to the last 2 I could feel all the weight being held on them then the last one rip **** felt crazy.
