no one here wants ccp influence. no one here likes communism. but we can call out bullchit when we see it. and the fact you blame the cop in this instance is absolutely ridiculous. stop physically attacking people and you'll get more support. i don't care if a cop pushed someone during a patrol or hit a protester as they gave chase.
when you resist arrest you deserve to get tuned up. when you run, you deserve to get tuned up, when you beat cops with weapons, you deserve to get tuned up. When you gang beat a cop on the ground, you deserve to be shot. instances of cops abusing their power do exist and i agree with you that it should be punishable. but it's rare, especially when there is live streaming 24/7 over there for 4+ months!
a commission may come in the future. in the meantime, i suggest you guys stick to civil disobedience.

Remember the protest happened first time with 1+ million protesters went out peacefully, the government said it will still pass the bill. Even the second time with 2 million, the government still wouldn't completely withdraw the bill.
It wasn't until all these your "so-call" riots, the government is finally planning to have a motion to withdraw the bill. So clearly, these your so-call "riots" is working against the CCP.
Thank god for the heroes these past months, the bill is finally planned to be withdrawn. The fight is far from over though, Hong Kong people is fighting the good fight.
THUGS have been working with the police and if the protesters don't stand their ground, they will get beat by those government hired thugs AND police -

Also another thing is that the police has no badge number now while on duty. HK used to require police to wear badge number ALL the time while on duty. So even if you want to complain about one police abusing a protester, you can't do it because there's no badge number.

If it wasn't the police brutality, none of these will happen. Police brutality first then the protesters are now standing their ground against THUGS+POLICE BRUTALITY
Also 5 demands, not 1 less
1. Complete withdrawal of the extradition bill from the legislative process
2. Retraction of the "riot" characterisation
3. Release and exoneration of arrested protesters
4. Establishment of an independent commission of inquiry into police conduct and use of force during the protests
5. Resignation of Carrie Lam and the implementation of universal suffrage for Legislative Council and Chief Executive elections

What we have here is that the police can do anything to the protesters without repercussion
Extremely clear signs that the government is still corrupted, until more demands of democracy protesters are met - Hong Kong people will not knee to CCP.

Donald Trump is a huge fan of ultra-authoritarian governments.
But let's just be real here. For the MAGA crowd, gun control is ahuge issue.
Why? Because how else will you defend your rights when the government comes down on you to take them away.
To those of the MAGA crowd out here conceding as the Hong Kongers lose their rights, and forfeit themselves into democracy... I have bad news. Truth be told, what that means is that they either don't understand the levity of what is going on or they don't really believe in the freedoms that we are accustomed to.
Fuk it, we all know Trump would love to be an ultra-authoritarian style leader. We know this because of his constant willingness to distort the truth, and his desire to literally shut down any opposition. He's exactly the reason why checks and balances exist. He wouldloveif his word were law. And that's a fact. You can't deny that the many is absolutely full of blind ambition and desire to literally havethe most, the best, .
Put simply, it makes total sense why some of these brahs are out here supporting commies.
Because they're bootlickers.
Anybody saying he deserved to be shot doesn't understand the levity of the situation in Hong Kong.
America was literally founded on the same principles and the same type of actions.

You have people hoping on the subway with bats, throwing petrol bombs at cops. Young fuking idiots thinking they can get away with anything. You have foreign groups promising free legal service and trying to incite them to be more violent. You have rioters just smashing windows everywhere.
Hong Kong's tourism has dropped off by like 40%. This little *******s have no idea what they are fighting for, many countries have similar extradition laws. When you ask why are they doing this they just say "Freedom", then you say "Freedom for what?" and they draw a blank. Hong Kong is completely timid yet they are still trying to make it like it's some oppressive force.
One moron actually went to the USA and asked the courts if they could take Hong Kong over from China.
Do yourself a favor and educate yourself on this matter, the mainstream media are jackals.
The only factor they are right on is increasing gap of affordable housing. Over there a 300k equivalent is about 1.4 million. But that has to do with large lots of premium areas being sold to select rich groups when China took over. What they are doing now isn't helping that situation but making it worse.
