i sometimes make up fictional scummy things about myself for added entertainment. i usually do most days tbh (no alco (maybe alco))

sometimes i'll just have a couple but on fridays and saturdays it's a bit more

it'd be nice if the alcohol component wasn't attached, but it's the way it goes

the best thing is to just drink slowly and you won't spend too much or get rekt

Funny how striking up a conversation without being desperate or even coming off as needy can be beneficial.

I was at a concert the other night and got on the bus back to parking, struck up a conversation with someone by making a reference but they didn't get it -- eventually ended up in a conversation just asked her a few questions.

From what I've found;

1. Make an observation
2. Ask a question about what they like or what they recommend
3. Find some relatability like "I have a friend who/I have a neighbor who"
4. Ask what they're doing nowadays
5. Compliment / praise in some form

And that's really all it takes.
