Yeah, exactly, and I (we all) know this but yet don't take action and hope tinder fixes the problem. I actually went out to the bars in a poppin spot in the city this weekend first time in like 3 months, and pulled and smashed. It's not easy, but you'll actually get an opportunity when you do go out.

It's not a 'hypergamy' problem, it's a different problem for everyone. For some, it's simply they're genetically fuked, for some it's mental issues/isolation which can be worsened by social media, and for some it's simply that they'ere whiney little bishes.

Correlation =/= causation, and if you disagree i can give you 100 examples that demonstrate this. Not to say the data is useless, but it's not as simple as you're claiming. You can't just correlate increased used with tinder with men getting laid less, and conclude tinder is the root cause, i'm willing to bet there's a TON of other things that also correlate with increasing incel rate.

Also, do we know for sure the rate of incels is really increasing? Most of these studies are self reported which are particularly unreliable, and as time progresses incels have more of a platform to share their plight and identify as an 'incel', whereas guys who couldn't get laid in the past didn't get this label or have a platform to vocalise their plight, it doesn't mean they didn't exist.

Society isn't helping, but incels don't always help themselves either and the truth is likely in the middle, it's not as black and white as you seem to think; i.e it doesn't have to be all incels fault or all societys fault, it's a combination of factors.

We will never 'solve' this problem because there isn't any single factor causing inceldom but a myriad of factors, both down to the individual and other external factors, and social media has given a larger platform for more of their voices to be heard.

Most men cry they cant get women but its because they are boring and have nothing going for them.

I literally never put in an ounce of effort to getting women but I dated 3-4 women at a time (srs)....and Im the definition of an average looking guy.


I spent time focusing on things that I found interesting which brought women into my life that were compatible...

Brb ran a singles outdoor club (hiking/mountainbiking/backpacking)
Brb bartender in one of largest clubs in the city
Brb drummer in a touring band

I didnt have to cold approach or go out and meet women. I made myself interesting enough that they found me.. Your only hope in a cold approach is that they find you physically attractive or they are dumb enough to fall for "game"..If you do hook up with them the odds you have anything in common with them is near zero....Such a stupid game plan.

I remember when I saw pics of incels on forums.

They the majority were average looking, or even would be rated as good looking. What I think they had in common was mental health problems. Anxiety, Depression, or just really poor social skills due to never socializing IRL and only online.

I was following the Twitich 'just chatting' community for about 6 months this year, and the amount of guys that I saw that the misc would tear apart for their looks who had GFs, would shock the misc. What they all had in common was popularity in that sub-culture, and good social skills (seemingly just a williness to do something embarrassing, or act goofy).

Haha all I see is a bunch of angry men that have an excuse for everything. I get that dating can be hard for a non chad nowadays. How about you grab you nuts and get out there. I lost my ****ing hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes within weeks and you don't see me on here crying that I can't get a girl. Online dating was easier when I had hair, and I actually did get dates. Now I don't really get that many matches. So now I have to adapt and overcome. If all you care about is getting laid then my best advice if you have time is to bartend. My roomate has brought numerous girls home and smashed. Theres ways, but you guys rather post on here how it's impossible.

I've done everything any normal guy would do and it's never made a difference.

Some people just are not attractive enough to pull women and it doesnt matter what you do.

Those who are very anti social, don't want to help themselves and are their own worst enemy - you probably fall under this, they can't get laid because they lack basic social skills, and in your situation look down on others and are very judgemental, all whilst moaning about not being able to meet anyone (although most of them don't have a GF waiting at home while they're crying about it...). They are also extremely unrealistic about what they offer (i.e they think they're top 10%). How can these kind of people expect to get top tier females?

So basically, incels have some kind of issue blocking them from getting laid that makes them a less desirable male.. .whether it's poor social skills, being extremely negative, looking down on others or simply being low tier genetically. So what exactly is the problem with them getting a women who is less desirable, since that's their female equivalent? Not everyone can get the best women, this is just common sense.. and if you want higher quality women then you need to work at making yourself into a higher quality male. If you don't put the work in, you can't moan... you're not entitled to any woman you desire, you get what you can get.
Damn I fall into both brackets on some points. I'm really trying to work on my social skills Im getting better at conversation but i feel like i could be so much better at this point. I can feel the attraction drop when I interact with a new group and the women in said group see how socially retarded i am LOL. I think most people take it as me being an ass hole because im so comfortable with it at this point i dont feel or look insecure about it.
