Hinge seems to be pretty good. I usually do terrible on apps but seem to be talking to fairly nice normal women on hinge.



I used to live in Raleigh and then Charlotte. Don't bother coming. If anything go to Charlotte. I mean its a cool city overall but maybe not worth the cross country move. Hard to say really. Rentals and houses are expensive as ****.

I've been in Oregon for 3 months and I think I can say that dating here is an absolute trainwreck. Portland is a very LGBTQI friendly city. Many places have gender neutral bathrooms, locker rooms have private changing stalls, and the city is openly sympathetic to LGBTQI rights. It's not uncommon to see gays or even trans in public. I'd guess it's about 10% of the population is LGBTQI. There are a lot of "nonbinary" types around. My guess is a lot of ppl move here due to its tolerance. This is one of the bastions of free speech in the US, and it isn't uncommon to walk by a demonstration where a guy is screaming that "*******s will burn in hell" and he is surrounded by others calling him an ahole.
