If you read the judgement OP's cliffs are not even accurate.

Pretty much only 1 girl out of the 22 suing, claims they didn't tell her it was porn until she got there. Every other girl admitted they were told it was porn PRIOR to them boarding the flight.

Further many of the girls did actually come back, including ones involved in the lawsuit, it was not just over the weekend change of clothes.

This case was pretty much about the lying about the distribution model, i.e. dvds sold overseas.

Some contracts of adhesion can have vague language in it that can be interpreted in many ways, along with deceptions like fraud in the factum, fraud in the inducement and misrepresentation, and other assorted shenanigans. When such a contract is put under the scrutiny of a seasoned judge, he could see right through it all.

We need a misc lawyer to read the contract and legal briefs and chime in.

The guy in charge apparently got several of the girls drunk/high off camera and also had sex with them, which means consent was dubious.

In one set of videos that became quite famous (former Ms. something), she is obviously high out of her mind. You can also tell in a few that the girls are definitely not expecting what they are asked to do on camera. They did like 600 videos, all it takes is one or two complaining.
