Yep basically went from a huge set to these sad little guys.... Not the same having my nuts sucked during a bj.

While I wouldn't mind my bigger nuts back they still have plenty of fluid to deliver. Not sure how my sperm count has been impacted as I am already in the off position.

Can boost your test when your completely shut down? Even if I could it took 6 months for the doctor to find the perfect test and estrogen levels... Not doing ANYTHING to fuk with it.

Wouldnt mess with TRT unless i didnt plan on having kids TBH.

My test comes low too, around 400 but TBH im lifting 6x days a week plus work and **** and it makes it go low im guessing. As long as sex drive is good and im making gains on the gym, i dont care much about the number.

Id probably be around 800 if i took a full week of rest and eating above maintenance but right now its not on the cards namsayin

Doesn't really mean its too low

Could mean you're using more of it

Some guys have 990 test levels, but their body isnt using any of it, its just floatin around

Not sure about test.

Anecdote.

It's all hit or miss, but the more specialized you go, the better chance you have of finding someone who is willing to dig a little deeper and treat, if there are symptoms. I don't even know if OP has issues. So far it just seems he's worried about the number.

Too lazy to look up the studies again but im sure it has an effect on your hormones.

Imagine thinking you could double your test in a week by stopping lifting.

yeah probably exaggerated, maybe a month of just moderate exercise, like 3 days a week of lifting and some cardio here and there and the body will recover, as opposed to the 7 days a week of heavy training im currently doing

Whatever you put in your body comes with a price to pay. Its a bandaid. You're not really fixing anything by adding testosterone if your body isnt making it. In fact you run the risk of permanently throwing your body's hormone balance out of whack.

I wouldnt consider taking T unless I tried every lifestyle change and natural remedy under the sun. Even then, unless it was seriously messing up my life Id probably just make the best of it. What are you gonna do, take T shots for the rest of your life?

I can't fathom how anyone would ever give a sht about this if it meant you didn't have to live the rest of your life suffering from low T symptoms. Imagine worrying more about having to get a shot every now and then versus having zero sex drive and being depressed the rest of your life. I don't even...

Why not? At least they work.

Besides after spending several years in the mid 200s I am not doing that chit again.

I actually agree with you on the overtraining = lower hormones.

But you know, people like their numbers.... and apparently testosterone is entirely understood by the medical community in relation to environmental/lifestyle factors. /sarcasm

Maybe, just maybe, it's normal to have lower test when under prolonged stress....

you have the test levels of a 90 year old man. Source: did research myself, had almost identical test levels, currently on TRT.

Unless you have low T symptoms like no libido, pure fat gains, etc., it isnt worth playing with it. Everyone is different and some bodies function well on lower T. Most wont see an improvement going from 400 to 700, as an example

Test can even fluctuate 200's or more between morning and night. A +400 after a month of doing everything in a way that improves testosterone isnt unlikely.

More rest, more sleep, less hipertrophy, more calories etc and you will notice a change.

I'm around the same. Feels bad man. And I'm to the point that I would jump on trt in a heartbeat if it would mean I could stay around 800. But I live in a pretty small town, and the closest anti aging clinic is like an hour away. Are there any other types of Drs that do that kind of thing?

they are called old school bodybuilders, just go to any gym and approach the most jacked guy you see over 35 years old and ask him your questions.

they will hook you up

May of the anti-aging clinics do online visits. Then you will only need to go places for your lab work.

Talking about your claim of doubling your test, not daily fluctuations. If people could go from the bottom of the normal range to the upper end in a matter of weeks with the most basic life changes (your claim), low T wouldn't be a thing. I don't know how you think that is remotely feasible.

Testosterone can vary on average 200 ng/dl from morning to evening in young men, as proved by several studies and well, by common sense as well.

Now, check your test levels after a 5 month cut of a 500 kcal deficit everyday plust hard training 7 days a week, and retake the test after one month of a 500k+ calorie surplus, moderate to heavy training only 4 times a week, 8+ hours of sleep and you will get your mind blown .

Not surprised that two guys that look like they have never lifted a weight in their life would be so shocked about this lol.

What the fuk do daily variations have to do with your claim you can double your test in a month? Unless you're some outright ******* that would measure at 9am and 9pm to prove his point, I'd assume you were measuring the same day of day for your nonsensical claim.

You're starting to run around in circles and sound like more of a fuking idiot than when you started.

Never said every person could, i was talking about the specific scenario in which a young male goes trough a hard 6 month+ cut based on a significative calorie deficit and heavy training/cardio everyday, testing his testosterone levels at the very end and then retaking it a month after a high calorie surplus, a lot of rest, etc.

Basically a natural bodybuilder on his competition day vs one month after competition. If you think his test levels wouldnt greatly improve you are kidding yourself.

I never said any person with low test could double their testosterone with more sleep without caring about whats causing their low test. That was just your assumption.

You're starting to run around in circles and sound like more of a fuking idiot than when you started.
It was an example, no need to get your jimmies so rustled about it boyo.

You literally lold at me because you think you cant double your test in a month by severely changing some habits, so what i said about the morning vs evening tests was just to show you that if you can lose or gain 230 ng/dl in a matter of hours just with the basic daily tasks, then whats so mindblowing about someone gaining/losing 400 ng/dl's after a month of severely changing his daily habits?

I was just trying to help your one working neurone use its common sense and realize that it is possible but i guess im expecting too much.
