I see women on Instagram who are stupid strong. Look at Amanda Lawrence and Daniella Melo. Both of them are IPF World Champions, I believe. They both squat and deadlift in the mid fives raw. I don’t know how much they weigh, but under 200 pounds.

Hell, I think a 1200 total is pretty decent for somebody who takes lifting somewhat seriously but doesn't compete. Pretty much a 300 bench, 400 squat and 500 deadlift. Brb you get outlifted by a 72kg female from the IPF who maxes out on all three lifts in one day with stricter standards.
Also brb some 16 year old girl benches 375. While most of us out here spending years just to even get 315. lol.
